Here is another article on this story with additional information, hope this helps! But honestly I think this over the top, here we have someone  who is a Nuclear Weapons transport Specialist who is seeing Orbs and Shadow people in a Highly Secure Nuclear Storage area, but he doesn’t report these intrusions, what the hell was he thinking. Any intrusion in an area like that should have been reported immediately, so I think this a bunch of bunk!

Clearly such a person would have signed a non disclosure agreement (NDA), yet here he sits chirping away like a blue bird.

It seems the DoD wants this person to reveal certain things. the big question, as it always is, is it the truth?
In my mind, I can clearly see this revelation as part of an ambitious, ongoing propaganda campaign by the military/big gov.

but WHY?

Here’s the weird part of reading this. The shadow person mentioned I’ve seen that before. Not the ufo but just the shadow person. Me and my wife moved into a house one and we were in our bed sleeping. Something woke me up I can’t remember exactly what rather it was a bad dream or a what but it was enough to make me open my eyes and stay awake for a few minutes. As my eyes focused in on our room I seen like a shadow in human like form standing on my wife’s side of the bed. I laid there watching thinking I was still dreaming. So I opened my eyes wider attempting to convince myself I was wide awake and I was. The shadow looked around the room and then in my direction. And then it leaned over and looked at my wife like at her face. I raised up and it just kinda disappeared like a fart in the wind. You could see straight through it. It didn’t reflect light and to be honest it looked like that fuzz you used to see between channels on a old TV set without the brightness. It just disappeared that’s the strange part.

That’s a violation of OBSEC and he could go to prison for it!

No way would anyone report such a thing in the military. He knew there was no chance it was a physical being. He was thinking he was going to end up in a looney bin if he reported it.

Guy seems credible to me. I’ve seen both orbs and shadow people. So have millions of others. These were quick stories that didn’t seem embellished at all. If you believe in the possibility, I see no reason he should be dismissed over any other.

Considering he hasn’t been in the military for well over a decade, and didn’t disclose any military secrets, I doubt the military is too worried about it.

I highly doubt the NDA included anything paranormal. As far as the military is concerned he didn’t say anything about the base that wasn’t public knowledge.

Chirping like a bird? We have very different definitions of the term. No information provided could compromise military secrecy in anyway.

I mean, did the public learn anything about the military that they didn’t know before reading this article?

He didn’t say anything about nuclear weapons. Other than he was a specialist on the subject. What military secrets did he disclose about handling nuclear weapons???

Yes he did, you need to reread the link in the OP! I have a 34 year background Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare as a retired US Soldier and as a Government Contractor, I fully understand the protocols and security reporting procedures when transporting and handling Nuclear Weapons.

I read comments before I read the article. So I was looking close for his supposed treason. Sorry it’s just not there.

Only authorized persons should have access to the protected area. Effective access control measures should be taken to ensure the detection and prevention of unauthorized access. The number of authorized persons entering the protected area should be kept to the minimum necessary. Persons authorized unescorted access to the protected area should be limited to persons whose trustworthiness has been determined. Persons whose trustworthiness has not been determined such as temporary repair, service or construction workers and visitors should be escorted by persons authorized unescorted access.

The guards should conduct random patrols of the protected area. The main functions of the patrols should be to:
— Deter an adversary;
— Detect intrusion;
— Inspect visually the physical protection components; — Supplement the existing physical protection measures; — Provide an initial response.

Ok, what does any of this have to do with him or this article? He didn’t allow anyone unqualified to access the facility. You are really reaching here. This isn’t even close to relevant.

Anyhow this is boring. And really off topic. Since I already know your feelings on the sighting, I have nothing more to say in the direction you’d like to take this.

Anyone want to talk about the actual content the OP clearly intended?

Yes, of course the public learned something. And it looks like woo.

And I am sorry to say that I disagree with you as to what this person would be allowed to say to the public.

I don't think telling people to potentially harm themselves is the correct response to somebody asking what your posts have to do with the subject on hand. This guy hasn't disclosed anything that can compromise the security of nuclear weapons, the facility, the US Government or the sovereign political entity of the United States of America. All he has done is said 'I went for a patrol and saw a light and it did this' and 'One day I heard what sounded like somebody walking the floor without shoes on and then I looked and saw a rough humanoid shape of a shadow that didn't reflect light'. None of this information is going to make it possible to gain access to any sensitive material or put the future of the USA in jeopardy.

As somebody who saw a shadow person as a kid (I wrote about it years ago on here and it got published as a User Story IIRC) what I saw was the 'monk' version. Brown monk robe, hood up, but no face, just blackness. No feet visibile from what I can remember. I talked to it. It never replied. However a few years ago I was coming out of my bathroom late at night and as I turned the corner to exit the door I instinctively twisted my shoulder to avoid hitting something. You know how you go around a corner or blind spot quickly and somebody is coming your way and to avoid crashing into them you shift your body to the side to avoid it. That's what I did instinctively and as I did it my eye caught what the guy described as a sort of weird humanoid shape blob of black. I didn't think much about it until I got into my room and by that point it wasn't there any more. Though other weird stuff happened after that but that's not really relevant to the topic. So, in relation to his 'shadow person' experience I can't say I don't believe him. After my experience with the monk shadow person as a child, I used to hear strange stuff (according to my parents, they told me what I told them) such as foot steps coming up the stairs, walking on the landing to the threshold of my (open) door and then stopping, plus the 'sound of doors opening but not any doors that we have'. So him hearing stuff I can also believe. Since I experienced footstep noises (I can't say whether it was bare foot or not, don't remember, I only remember getting weird feeling when I woke up nearly every night and making my way into my parents room to sleep with them) I can believe he heard them too.

As for the UFO/UAP, that is always a problem because such sites are interesting to foreign powers and they're a good place to check response time/effectiveness of 'secret project' due to the heightened security there. If he saw what he saw, then, you've got two choices really. Alien technology or human technology. Seeing as this is the mid 2000's (I assume) I would assume it could possibly be human technology. Now the question is did he see it perform what he claimed it performed - was it beyond human technology at the time? The problem is the human brain is terrible at remembering things exactly. Even 30 mins passing can cause the brain to miss details and forget stuff. Make it 30 years and it's even harder. So this guy might be misremembering its performances... or he might not. Devils advocate mode deactivate.

If he did and didnt report it as wierd as it sounds,  he violated every security protocol there is because in reality he did not know what he was seeing! Whch could dangerous because he may be mentally unstable or because something was actually happening that he did not understand that could endanger a Nuclear Storage factility!

First I quote your comments above ""I don't think telling people to potentially harm themselves is the correct response to somebody asking what your posts have to do with the subject on hand" I Did you read the entire exchange between us? Anyway if he followed my comments it pretty obvious he some serious isues!

I did not comment on what he saw only that anything like that at Nuclear Storage facility must be reported immediately do to security protocols for those locations. It is possibe he could have mistaken what he saw, and it could have been a threat, thats why all eventualities are clearly outlined in the Security procedures, that was my only comment and its absolutely correct my friend!

Peace:tu:

Some quotes:

Due to the culture that may persist within the USAF to this day, such events were not reported to senior officials - meaning the air force may not be aware of serious security breaches.

Due to the lack of clear guidelines and stigma associated with such high strangeness, Reister felt unable to report the incidents to senior officers, stating:

“Nothing was ever reported. Because if you did, you might be considered mentally unstable and have your clearance and PRP status (personal reliability program) revoked.”

His credentials have been confirmed and due to the nature of his responsibilities, he is a credible source.

A sketch of the “shadow person” witnessed by Reister

None of the events described was reported up the chain by Reister due to the culture which exists within the USAF. Reister was more fearful of getting in trouble himself, rather than the national security implications at the time.

In the incidents documented by George Knapp, ‘shadow people’ up to seven-foot in height, were reported by security officers, but not taken seriously by senior bosses.

That’s cool, but I will stand by my comments, and here if you have time review the basic procedures if any intrusion or suspected intrusion is seen or encountered. This is taken very seriously at Nuclear Storage Facilities even in this day and age, I personally think the guy is full of BS just trying to get a headline, but one thing is very true and I quote him here “” Nothing was ever reported. Because if you did, you might be considered mentally unstable and have your clearance and PRP status (personal reliability program) revoked.”  I held Security Clearance and PRP status throughout my military career, one thing is for certain is someone had found he did not report what he claimed he saw, he sure as hell would have lost his Clearance and PRP status, at the very least he would have also been discharged.
