I remember somtimes my very old radio use to pick up stuff like that, ring in the middle of listening to Kiss FM, in the early 90's

Electric devices even "crystal radios" even toaster coils pick up all kinds of sounds zero reason to jump and say instead of it being one of countless known prosaic things its a demon or ghost two very much unproven things.

It sounds exactly like when someone butt dials you . My husband does this often so I know that sound.
