Okay when you're too drunk for a Russian regiment in wartime, your liver is this close to collapsing into a neutron star.

It can't be his liver anymore. Probably stole himself a new one in Syria.

psst.... I'll say this very quietly: And now Ukraine tore him a new one :D

What a history has taught us about misguided Russian campaigns;

"It is useful to illuminate the present and to confront the future by consulting the past. In this case, an analysis of the consequences of the Russo-Japanese War ought to concern Putin. There are many battlefield parallels between Russian military performance in these two wars, largely based on faulty assessments of the quality of their enemy."

Not sure why nearly every video from the Ukranian side has music but it's still an interesting video.  Also didnt know Ukraine still had tactical ballistic missiles left, their stockpile was small before the invasion started and since little was seen of their use I assumed they all been used or destroyed by now.

He wasn't in class when they taught the basics, such as: Never underestimate your enemy.

It's one thing to ridicule the enemy, that's a must, war is not done properly without that, and something completely else to actually underestimate it.

But Putler's regime is openly into Russian supremacism. lol. (I actually like Russians, sans Putlerians of course, there're millions of good people in Russia who do not deserve Putler, but the notion of Russian supremacy is absolutely hilarious, particularly among Slavs.)

It has to have music! It completes the emotional experience.

Besides, you probably can sing Hey, Sokoly by now :D

Ukraine is obviously very good at keeping things secret. And waiting for the right time to use stuff no one knew they had.

There's a lot of research that says soldiers ultimately fight for each other more than anything else. The bond you have with your brothers at arms. To keep each other alive.

Yep, and this is why Germany wouldn`t give up in WW2 and the Brits were eager to fight in WW1.

They build units around people from each village, or town, or city, so they all knew each other.

I seen reports this morning that Belarus has begun as 30,000 strong military exercise for the remainder of the month on the Ukrainian border, and Russia has begun a build up close to the Lithuanian border.

Ukraine Must Accept Every Single One of Our Demands Before Peace—Russia

''Ukraine must accept all of Russia's demands if it wants an end to the war that has been raging for four months, according to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.

When speaking to reporters in Moscow on Thursday, Peskov was asked if he was familiar with a 15-point peace plan proposed by the publication The National Interest last week.

The article listed a number of scenarios required for hostilities to end. These included Ukraine becoming permanently neutral, Russia withdrawing its military forces to their pre-invasion positions and Moscow backing Kyiv's EU aspirations.''

"It (Russia - ed.) destroys our cities, the Russian army burns everything to the ground on its path or devastates the occupied territories. The main Russian weapons are artillery, air bombs, and cruise missiles. The occupiers don’t think about how they should fight; they have a very primitive tactic: they use the most of their bomb and artillery capabilities to simply leave no space for resistance," the head of state said.

...

"Who do you have to be to target a university, school, or kindergarten with artillery?! Russia has become a terrorist state, that's the point," Zelensky stressed.

Germany triggers gas alarm stage, accuses Russia of ‘economic attack’

''Germany triggered the “alarm stage” of its emergency gas plan on Thursday in response to falling Russian supplies but stopped short of allowing utilities to pass on soaring energy costs to customers in Europe’s largest economy.

The measure is the latest escalation in a standoff between Europe and Moscow since the Russian invasion of Ukraine that has exposed the bloc’s dependence on Russian gas supplies and sparked a frantic search for alternative energy sources.

[...]

Lower gas flows sparked warnings this week that Germany could fall into recession if Russian supplies halted altogether. A survey on Thursday showed the economy losing momentum in the second quarter.''

https://www.theglobeandmail.com/business/international-business/european-business/article-germany-triggers-gas-alarm-stage-accuses-russia-of-economic-attack/

Germany is now forced to do ''gas rationing'' and burn coal, thus will likely fail to meet it's green targets.

Sounds like you’re discussing women and lgtbtq issues and not the actual conflict on Ukraine. Do you enjoy trying to change the trajectory of the thread every time you get the chance

It’s a controversy Zelensky is facing right now. The challenges his administration is facing are relevant to the situation in Ukraine, It’s far more relevant then multiple videos of individual drone strikes on Russian forces but maybe not as feel good?

Of course it’s obvious that comments short of “glory to Ukraine” or stating that Putin is worse than Hitler are not welcome by some. I don’t really care because the conflict in Ukraine is a lot more complex than they seem to understand,

Ukrainians know about that song  Since 2014 or so. It's not hugely popular, they've got plenty of their own artists, but it came to Ukraine with volunteers and instructors.

Now we learn from Ukrainians.

Did you hear about Russian count of "dead" "mercenary" from Croatia and B&H? Whole Croatia was roaring with laughter. 74 Croats and 56 Bosniaks, I think. In reality, we've got one wounded. He's home so he doesn't take up space in Ukrainian hospital.

I think the day Russians published that stupidity of a lie was the day when they lost the last believer over here. 74 extra funerals in 4 months and less than 4 million people country would create a shortage of coffins  If they said 7, all right, I would know it's not true but it would be somehow fathomable... but 74? Why not 74,000?

Peecycling: could donating your urine to farmers help feed the world?

Thanks to the war in Ukraine, there is a shortage of agricultural chemicals. As each adult produces enough pee annually to fertilise 145kg of wheat, perhaps bodily waste is the answer….

…..If I can use my pee to humiliate Putin, then that weird dream I had last week will sort of come true. What’s more, those same nutrients, when flushed into wastewater systems, become contaminants responsible for creating environmentally damaging algal blooms.

So by saving my pee I could help the environment, thwart Russian aggression and produce urine-rich bread? You’d also save about 4,000 US gallons (15,000 litres) of potable water annually, according to the Rich Earth Institute.

Let’s say I wanted to give my urine to a farmer. How would I go about that? If you live in Vermont, you can donate it by the jug. The foundation supplies free funnels and has a collection depot in Brattleboro. It can be “a little sloshy” at first, peecycler Kate Lucy told the New York Times, but you get used to it.

I hope that Ukraine might pull all Slavic nations forward. They've been forged in fire, plus their position will be the opposite of ours. We had our victories against the plan and they were crippled for the sake of appeasing Russia by its proxy Serbia. Russia also had very different position than it is today and it will be worse with each day. We are rotting in a limbo that is the direct consequence of treating Russian proxy Serbia as if their expansionist aggression was equal to our fight for survival.

Remember how Russians were allowed to plop their turds at Prishtina airport? That sums it all up. Today, they'd be blown back to Hell with such force they'd fall out the Hell's back door.

I hold no grudge, these were different times and I would agree with sacrifice on our part, if that will secure peace and prosperity. But all it secured is Russian confidence that the West is weak and will cave in.

America knows. They get it all. But the EU still suffers from childish illusions that they can talk Greater Serbian extremists to reason. I used to dream of a miracle that would gather all South Slavs within the EU, to prevent any stupidities. I was thinking - all right, I must not listen to my PTSD, I must give peace a chance and crap.

Feb 24th changed my opinion into its opposite. No pro-Ruzzian should be allowed anywhere near the EU and the existing traitors should be thrown out like the garbage that they are. Same with NATO.

It's arguable if WWIII started on Feb 24th or it's about to start, but it's not arguable that only a complete moron would allow enemy activity because stomping it out might hurt the feelings of the said enemy.

There, I said it :D Thank you for listening to me. I know it's often not so easy :D

Seems like they have actors on multiple platforms, not just on the internet:

"Russia is counting on the media to spread propaganda about show trials"

"Since the start of the war against Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin and other Russian leaders have been calling for a “Nuremberg 2.0” of Ukrainian leaders, whom they falsely smear as “neo-Nazis.” Russian officials in Donetsk and Luhansk in recent weeks have launched sham trials of foreigners while planning a “Mariupol Tribunal” of Ukrainian prisoners-of-war."

The desperation of a failed and illegal invasion is to try and paint those defending their country as criminals. Very 1930's Germany of you Vladdy.

Everything Ruzzia plans and does is immediately projected onto the victims of their crimes.

Yes, Putlerian methods are absolutely Nazi-like. Not surprising, because Hitler's Reich was at war with USSR, but the methods and ideologies were eerily similar. Putler doesn't even pretend to be a socialist, like totalitarian elite of USSR did, but all he knows was learned in and from totalitarian soviet regime.

He can't resurrect USSR, but he certainly resurrected ************* Stalin.

If there are prolonged trials with "independent journalists" embedded with orc army reporting, then Ruzzia lied and broke their part of the deal for the exchange.

It means that the publicly unknown yet mediators were slapped in the face by Ruzzia. Which means Putler will be in even deeper **** than he already is.
