I haven't read this thread recently so the question of winter uniforms may already have been mentioned. The lack of winter gear played a part in Barbarossa going tits up, imagine trying to fight when you are freezing:

Ukraine has been bombing civilians in the Donbass since 2014.

Western media and politicians prefer to ignore the truth about civilians killed in Donetsk shelling

Not quite. Only the infestions of orcs that have occupied houses of which the owners were massacred.

For someone who is all gung ho for drones you make the fatal mistake of forgetting that Ukraine has more, and far superior drones. They know exactly where the orcs are hiding, and make pinpoint strikes. Civilian casualties are kept very low. The towns people know that some will die, but rejoice that their freedom is near.

This is crunch time for Putin.  Now we see how willing he is to press the big red button.

So typical

They weren't uniforms. They were individual combat kits. Worth about $2500 US a piece. Much worse.

For Putin, Against 'Global Liberalism': Why So Many Bulgarian Parties Support Russia

''At rallies for Bulgaria's Revival party, there is no shortage of Russian flags. The leader of the ultranationalist party, Kostadin Kostadinov, who is in favor of leaving the EU and NATO, calls the other parties contesting Bulgaria's elections "projects of the American embassy" that will "throw us into a war against Russia." Kostadinov doesn't blame Putin for the war in Ukraine, but the West.

According to recent polls, Revival should pass the 4 percent threshold to enter parliament in Bulgaria's October 2 elections. While a relatively small party with little chance of governing, Revival's views -- a toxic mixture of Russophilia and anti-Western conspiracies -- are becoming more and more popular in Bulgaria. Revival is on the fringes of Bulgarian political life, but many of its pro-Russian views are not. And there are many more parties just like Revival: nationalist, anti-liberal, and firmly pro-Russian.''

And they're all going extinct. Their own greed, and stupidity does then in. And your cheering these Darwin nominees on? Al righty then.

The process of annexation isn't 100% completed. Putin proclaimed annexation but there are still legal steps to be taken inside Russia's parliament.

Russian parliament to consider legal steps to absorb Ukrainian regions

Also, annexation doesn't change the fact that the Donbass is still a war zone. Russia is mobilizing troops for war and will no doubt defend the territories.

Again, with what?

"Many assumed that it would not launch a full scale invasion of Ukraine from the beginning. They were wrong."

I interpret this as an admission that NATO doesn't really know what Russia is capable of doing next, or are not willing to tell us.

If Russia is 'dangerous' enough, they could significantly escalate the war and destroy Ukraine on the battlefield.

You interpreted wrong. The US knows exactly what the orcs have, and haven't got. They also share it freely with Ukraine. How do you think Ukraine has been able to out maneuver the orcs time, and time again? Smoke signals? There's also the fact that the U.S knows where every russian nuke is located. Including any nuke carrying subs.

I don't think we should underestimate Putin. It's a very dangerous to try to 'isolate' or humiliate him.

That doesn't mean I support Putin. In fact, I don't particularly like him.

So why are you siding with him , because that's what you have done since this started .

ITs beyond a joke. This is supposed to be the 2nd Superpower of the world? They're struggling logistically and are losing the war they started at this moment. The mobilized trooops are usually drunk, theres videos of them sleeping on fields in -4c temps, they have crap equipment. Compare Russias military to the US.

Don't worry. They should be getting 'warmed up' very, very soon.
