A theoretical paper on Ultraterrestrials, written by Dr. Hal Puthoff, and spoken about for years, has finally been published by the Journal of Cosmology. Many in the UFO community have been asking to read this paper for a very long time. Like many releases, it is receiving mixed reviews from social media users. Thank you to, Jon, for sharing. Hal "zero point energy" Puthoff, who claimed Uri Geller was real.

There's some true credibility there.

I thought Hal Puttoff was a remote viewer.  I guess I don't pay attention.

I believe he wet his beak in many things.

He supports Geller which is akin to meldrum saying the PGF is a real bigfoot.

Puthoff is a crank at best. Ages ago he did some good work and then walked to edge of a high cliff and  fell off and keeps falling.

  • He promoted remote viewing. with Ingo Swann
  • He thought Uri Geller was real. He thought RV was real.
  • He was paid to write papers for AATIP and produced the copious pile of worthless papers that embarrassed the Nevada Senator
  • He was a part of NIDS and other Bigelow ventures. That's how he ended up on Skinwalker ranch producing nothing of value
  • He worked for TTSA
  • He went through all or most of the levels of the church of scientology
  • He holds patents on devices no  one can make

Let's take a look at this latest paper from a bad journal (can you say octopus are aliens journal?)

This is the same as publishing in the JSE.

Here we have an interesting and well written statement about the paper by Jason Covalito. Maybe the Journal of Cosmology would be different if it actually had such examinations instead of its lack of peer review.

The very first step must always be to identify what can be dismissed as false. Otherwise, you are not tracking ultraterrestrials, nor are you making a heat map of their activity; you are tracking belief in ultraterrestrials.

So I look in the paper and Puthoff mentions his own work:

Quote

Evidence for generally sub rosa highly-classified programs addressing the UAP issue (e.g., as in the recently-revealed AAWSAP/AATIP programs

He's just pointing out that he got hired again to write baloney and does not mention that this is his baloney.
