It is definite....it's an animal...so...why is an animal running through an open door at night?

The size of the animal is likely distored due reflections through the doors. The biggest mokeys in south america are spider monkeys, but this looks large even for that. IMI looks more like that of an ape. Moves much more like an ape, too. Could eaisly be a pet chimpanzee that escaped a private zoo or was released. People that keep exotic aniamls are generally *******s. 

Who knows. could judt be a hoax.

It really doesn't look like a monkey to me...maybe a dog?  It's really hard to tell.  It appears to definitely be an animal of some kind.  So, I ask the same question I did earlier...why is it...how is it in the building?  Why would a monkey be in the building?  And how did it get in there?  Assuming...ahem...the doors were all locked...is why I am thinking it is a dog...but why would the police be involved?  Unless...the alarms weren't properly set?  It does not appear to be human.

I dont have a clue what it really is, does it look like an ape? Sure or a human or a dog or?

I also do not have any provenance for the video, who took it and where,  zero to prove thats really local leo and not a nice little hoax video, why would anyone jump to this is a legit video of something weird.
