Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, was violently attacked Friday morning by an assailant who broke into the couple's California home, according to the speaker's office.

“Early this morning, an assailant broke into the Pelosi residence in San Francisco and violently assaulted Mr. Pelosi," Drew Hammill, Nancy Pelosi's spokesman, said in a statement. "The assailant is in custody and the motivation for the attack is under investigation."

The speaker was not in San Francisco at the time of the assault, Hammill said. 

Two people with knowledge of the investigation told the Associated Press that Paul Pelosi, 82, was severely beaten by an assailant with a hammer and suffered blunt force injuries in the attack. He was being treated by doctors for bruising, severe swelling and other injuries.

I know he only served 5 days on a drunk driving charge that resulted in an accident that caused injury. I know...he got off really easy...and I wonder if this didn't prompt the attack, but beating him like this is wrong too.

 But wait...justice-involved persons...I thought the court and the victims were justice involved persons.  

what if we just built The Wall around San Francisco and have every state send  'justice involve persons' to San Fran?  They could all just sit on the dock of the bay wasting time.

They got the charges lined up. It sounds like the hammer actually came from Mr Pelosi.

"Our officers observed Mr. Pelosi and the suspect both holding a hammer. The suspect pulled the hammer away from Mr. Pelosi and violently assaulted him with it," Scott said. "Our officers immediately tackled the suspect, disarmed him, took him into custody, requested emergency backup and rendered medical aid."

According to Scott, both Pelosi and Depape were transported to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries.

As long as there is Trump, this stuff will happen. Trump has called Democratic legislators, Far Left, Marxist, Socialist, Communist. etc... and he is trying to undo decades of lawfully passed legislation to "Save America."

Abortion came from a Conservative Supreme court, and the only thing America needs saving from is Donald Trump. So yes, to his adorers they can laugh and mock at innocent people beaten with a hammer.

Yup, it's the norm now. And apparently a whole bunch of people here thinks it's funny. Its actually disgusting. 
This should be a wake up call. Let's hope it is. It starts at the top they say so let's see what happens now.

Actually they are far worse than all those names. They are globalists who use those means to achieve their wicked goals. Did you know by thanksgiving the US will be out of diesel fuel? That’s gonna be fun.

The Supreme Court doesn’t have the authority to make legislation. Guess who does? The Dems, right now. Do you see a bill being introduced? Guess why not? Cause they don’t really care. They’d rather use it to try and make Americans forget that our standard of living is falling into the abyss, and failing miserably at it. 
 

And yes, it’s horrible he was attacked, but innocent? He and his wife have done things that many Americans have went to prison for.  Recently. And completely get away with it every time.
