I would guess there is a big chance that it will not be the urban utopia that it is portrayed as. But who knows? This kind of reminded me of the anime Cowboy Bebop. Earth had undergone a disaster and was nearly uninhabitable from a steady rain of meteors so humanity lived on all the rocky planets and moons in the solar system. But in the show they didn't engineer the whole planet for habitation. Below is one of those cities. There is so much wrong with this design it is quite humorous. If one of the trains breaks down the whole thing is choked. Also, Saudi doesn't understand how sewerage works as they are Muslim and think that sewerage just magically disappears on its own when you flush it.
