It’s hard to tell who/what this is. I am one of those people who say it is not up to me to prove existence of these things it’s up to others to prove they do. However this is eerily wierd. I await real analysis on this.

Looks like a bottle of Jack Daniels in it's hand. Must have been a drunken neighbor.

If i wanted to be kind i would say a combo of very crappy cam , pareidolia and a poor lady who scares way too easily.

( i hope she got the attention she craved )

Okay i will be kind and stop right here.

There are stairs going down behind where it is standing, you can see the handrail. Might be someone unknown living in their basement or an intruder who found a way in or something. But who keeps a CCTV pointed at the stairs to the basement inside the house? I find that odd.

Hum, i saw that as stairs going up from 1st floor level my inside basement stairs are hidden in a little closet.

Your post made me go look at pic better and looks to me like a person came down stairs carrying a brat or has the brat in one of those weird chest carriers, they stop at the floor level and look right where they know the came to be.

New and improved papameter reading

0% paranormal 100% unable to determine from the single low quality image

100% that the original papameter is completely broken and will never ever work

Several decades ago when I was a younger man, photographic evidence was considered to be the penultimate of evidence to offer in paranormal cases.

Now, it's readily dismissed and quite often of little interest.  Recently heard Richard Dolan reiterating this when asked by the late Art Bell to review some photos someone had sent to Art for display on his site.  (interview was 2015).  Photos are simply not what they used to be in this field.

The problem that isnt going to go away isnt only that the art of photo shop is to the point that in some cases only experts with expensive software gear etc can prove its fake a hoax but also in the last many decades people just arent as credulous as they once were. Those factors have grown together.

People and i dont mean the minorty of dear true believers who will take a story at face value but the masses need more than a grainy pic and an unsupported story.
