The license plate is currently unknown.

Investigators believe the occupant, or occupants, of the car may have “critical information to share regarding this case.”

“Your information, whether you believe it is significant or not, might be the piece of the puzzle that helps investigators solve these murders,” police said in the release.

The link above will open the police release about this.

Hopefully this is a solid lead.

I'm tired of the speculation.

Shear desperation…. the killer(s) is long gone, but the vehicle angle is interesting.

I hope this leads to who did this crime.

I must have missed the bit about the guy at the food truck first time around. Now it seems really shocking to me that he was cleared so quickly by the police. I think it's been said that he's left the country now!

Well if that is the killers car, then that limites it down to just 630,000 suspects.

some one said that on another site

Hi Docy. Maybe the police are hoping the owner of the car will phone in and explain why they were in the area . . . get themselves ruled out.

Being cleared really doesn't mean anything. If the investigation goes that way they'll grab him. This is the first I've heard about him leaving the country. This was being said on social media. He's an interesting character.

They probably already ran the vehicle through DMV and have a list of all these cars registered in the state of Idaho. It could be from out of state. Especially in a college town. I don't know if the university kept a record of the vehicles students bring on campus.

I don't think the police have the registration number of the car.

They would have a list of all the owners of that kind of car and it's registration but not that particular one that they could identify it as being there. There's probably quite a few of them registered statewide. And that's provided the vehicle is registered in Idaho.

I graduated from both the University of Idaho and Kent State in 1971.  I lived in Moscow from August 1969 to December 1973.  Haven't been back in over 20 years.

And here we have Idaho

Winning her way to fame.

Silver and gold in the sunlight gleam

And romance lies in her name.

Thinking of you, and proudly, too.

Alma Mater our Idaho.

Really if that car was seen  near that  home around the time the victims were murdered, around  at the time  at  three o'clock or four  o'clock in the morning.  that  not that many cars  would be driving around , it had to be the killer .

They probably did docy. They did research on that car before they made it public that they are looking for it.

December 10 is winter graduation for the University of Idaho. Graduation was very close for Kaylee. This is so sad. Families are in Moscow for the ceremony and they will hold a moment's silence for the 4 students.

News Nation is still showing that body cam footage at 3 am. Here is some of it. It's for underage drinking citations in a field between the fraternity house and where the kids were killed.

Hi Docy

630,000 is a lot of suspects in a city of 25,000 people

Hi Ouija

A search on the vin will show who owns the car even if there is no valid registration for the vehicle.

  • The title was changed to testify Bryan Kohberger’s cell phone was outside of Moscow on the night of the Idaho murders
