Probably for the best.  Otherwise it would appear the election had already been rigged.

I agree. But they will still say it was rigged when he does lose again. So damned if they do, damned if they don't, unless he wins, its rigged.

You many like when so many DemocRATS said that Trump is/was an illegitimate president? Just another way of saying it was rigged.

Hillary said it was rigged, and invented the term, "Not my President".

That phrase predates Trump-Hillary. I recall that from Bush and Obama days as well.

Hillary really did a number on people's brains. Much like Obama in that sense.

The florida man did not attend the republican debates.

Those debates serve the purpose - traditionally - of allowing the public to get to know the candidate's views, their ability to respond when under pressure.  Anyone who has paid any attention to the man over the last 7+ years already knows those things about the Orange Man.  He's around 30+ points ahead of his closest rival.  Why bother with allowing a totally biased "moderator" to use the event to do more character assassination on him for hours?  He usually gets a larger audience at one of his live streamed events ;)

Yeah, the republicans seemed to spend a lot of time denigrating each other instead of actually debating.

Precisely, and if he was there they would have all - as well as the moderator - just attacked him instead of each other.

Yes. And it is a political pee-pee contest. One ignorant conspiracy for another ignorant conspiracy. Their side makes the accusations, then your side makes the same accusations. And those of us in the middle see a nation of idiocracy on the rise.

I rub my crystal ball and see:

November 2024: Biden is re-elected with an outstanding 120 million votes despite massive claims of election fraud. Trump comes in at 100 million votes.

Meanwhile the media goes into overdrive spamming people with fake internet and television news stories out of the hope no one realises there aren`t 220 million Americans of voting age. Dont worry though Biden, the Supreme Court won`t hear his case, remember one state doesn`t have the standing to sue another over its election practices. 😜

Even in those states where twice as many people voted who could vote, just like last time!

I'd appreciate not being assigned a side by someone like you. I have no side.

And I would appreciate someone like you not replying to me with idiotic whataboutisms, but we can't always get what we want do we?. But that is life, so we either both deal with it or learn to not respond to each other at all. :D

Have you guys been following his "banned from the ballot" trials?  The logic behind the rulings have been pretty interesting.

Minnesotta told the Republican plaintiffs that he could stay on the ballot because he wasn't running for President but rather for the Republican nominee to be president. And there is nothing in the Constitution banning him from being on a ballot to run for a political party's candidate.

Colorada said he was pretty much guilty of insurrection but for some reason didn't think that being president is an officer of the government.

Niether of them were based on the judgement that he was innocent of insurrection.

Here's what the Michigan judge said...

https://apnews.com/article/trump-insurrection-14th-amendment-ballot-michigan-b2a870f98a60dffbe4c9566cfe97457c

Quote

Redford wrote that, because Trump followed state law in qualifying for the primary ballot, he cannot remove the former president.

Quote

Additionally, he said it should be up to Congress to decide whether Trump is disqualified under the section of the U.S. Constitution that bars from office a person who “engaged in insurrection.”

Still hobbled by the can't charge a sitting president.

Doesn't seem a very fair rule to be honest.

So yeah, Michigan is using the "He isn't running for president (yet), he is running for the Republican nominee argument" for keeping him on the primary ballot.

  • 2 weeks later...

"Look at her, she has no idea" "Look at the blank expression on her face" "She can't even name one Province in Eastern Ukraine she'd send your son or daughter to fight"

Then the camera on pans to her and she's smirking wided eyed like a school girl looking around the room... Hahaha 🤣

Vivek rips into Chris Christie

Challenges him to name at least one Province in Eastern Ukraine, calls him an intellectual foreign policy fraud, says he's the same people who told you about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Oh yeah, and he told him to get the hell off the stage and go enjoy a nice meal. Haha 😂

Vivek is bang on here IMO. It's the same here in Canada.  Pills, pills, pills. Magic pills for everything. Pills that only work with other pills. I could go on and on this subject but that's for another thread.

Here's Vivek's comments:

"We need better healthcare in America – not sick-care. I see it first-hand every day because my wife is a surgeon. She wants to get her patients healthy with the full range of options: diet, exercise, preventative medicine. Yet all the system wants to pay for is more pills. Americans keep getting sicker. Only health insurance profit margins get healthier. The solution? End anti-trust exemptions for health insurance companies. Let the competitive marketplace flourish."

The entire system has fallen from within from corruption on all levels.  The only thing that will be conclusively decided next November will be the total lack of trust in the process and therefore the beginning of the collapse of our Constitutional Republic.  We'll still have fools running around screaming about Trump being a threat while coup is completed.

Here's Vivek's comments:

Vivek made his little pile in pills, pills, pills.

He currently runs a (unprofitable) company making pills, pills, pills.

Rather at odds with his comments here, I'd say.

I believe the corruption has always been there. It's just talked about more widely because of social media now.

The Uni-Party always wins! It never loses. Like the casino never loses in Vegas. It's a rigged game but people keep playing.
