A sortie of Chinese bombers landed at a Russian air base for the first time, the Russian government said Wednesday, as Western leaders contemplated China’s emergence as a threat to NATO members. The air task force composed of Tu-95MS strategic missile-carrying bombers of the Russian Aerospace Forces and Hong-6K strategic bombers of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army conducted an aerial patrol over the waters of the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea," the Russian Defense Ministry said Wednesday. “For the first time in the history of aerial patrolling, Russian aircraft landed at an airfield in the People’s Republic of China and Chinese planes landed at an airfield on the territory of the Russian Federation.”  https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/nato-wonders-how-to-avoid-clash-with-china-as-pla-bombers-land-in-russia/ar-AA14KufM?ocid=EMMX&cvid=e70b408b7fed48f2a8aef2dad4047d2.

South Korea scrambles its jets after planes from Russia and China enter air defense zone

A pair of Chinese H-6 bombers entered the air defense zone at approximately 5:50 a.m. local time and proceeded to repeatedly leave and reenter the zone, according to Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff. The two planes left around 7 a.m. only to return around 12:20 p.m. with six Russian warplanes, which included four TU-95 bombers and two SU-35 fighter jets, and then left the area after 18 minutes, according to Fox News. Moscow does not recognize Korea's air defense zone, and Beijing claims that the zone is not territorial airspace. Both China and Russia previously said their warplanes were conducting regular joint exercises, according to Reutershttps://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/south-korea-scrambles-jets-russia-china-air-zone

This^ is just the beginning.  The Ukraine fiasco is driving these two powers together and Iran looks to be coming along for the ride, as well.  It looks like the knock-on effect of saving Ukraine is going to be the creation of a very powerful new axis against NATO.

So... let's see... Turkey is being warned by the U.S. not to proceed with an incursion into northern Syria to attack the YPG.  The Japanese are complaining loudly over a growing cooperation between Russia and China, and Russia seems to be consolidating their forces in preparation for relaunching their Ukraine war next spring.  Meanwhile, Israel and the U.S. are completing air drills in preparation for a potential strike on Iran should they decide to assemble a nuke.

No doubt the supporters of our current regime in DC will tell us that everything is under control.  ANY ONE of these potential conflict points could spin this country into major armed conflict with another nuclear armed state(s).  Gee, I wonder if the weakness we demonstrated by running from Afghanistan might have played a role here?  SMDH...

Well it would have happened sooner or later at least now it isn’t a secret and we can prepared accordingly.

This isn't really about NATO at all.

This is all about Japan putting pressure on Russia over their illegal annexation of the Kuriles, which has caused China to support Russia against Japan, because Japan is China's most hated enemy thanks to WW2 atrocities and Communist Propaganda.  China is showing that it will support Russia against Japanese aggression...

Of course there is a problem with this...

China claims Vladivostok and most of Siberia as part of Greater China and expects Russia to return the land.

If Russia is sufficiently weakened in Ukraine, China may well betray Russia and seize those mineral rich Siberian lands.  Japan will likely then get Sakhalin and the Kuriles back.  This will be an early act in the dismemberment of the Russian Federation.
