csspwns Posted December 15, 2022 #8 Share Posted December 15, 2022 (edited) Nothing more than a large, out of focus dust particle in contact with the surveillance camera lens. This optical phenomena is called backscattering and the movement of the dust particle is caused by Brownian motion. Also the cause of most orb videos you see, the difference is that orbs are dust particles freely flying in the air, but in this video the dust particle is stuck to the lens.
