Um, I believe that would be protection from the harassing and shaming of women who desire to visit the facility that the protestors had been heckling, harassing, and protesting against.

I know.  I'm just saying, the reason for the City Ordinance was complaints from people who were being harrassed.  So, they comply with the business wishes and issue what amounts to a temporary restraining order from standing in front of the clinic...with the intent to end the harassment.  Fine.  So, this chick, she isn't harassing a soul...she is just standing there...maybe praying silently as she told the officer.  But she was in violation of the City Ordinance and had a history of violating the Ordinance.   So, they made an example of her.  Don't even stand here...we are just not going to put up with people disregarding our Ordinance.  But then see...it get's blown out of proportion by the Propagandist press...like everything else...I just call it the way I see it in the reality of my mind.

What history?  She was charged with four counts at once on 15 December.

The clinic applied for the PSPO.  The application originally included schools and churches.

It's another case of arriving in a new neighbourhood and disrupting the place.
