What point do you think you made there?

An amusement device is not an aircraft.

Don’t deviate from the subject.

Law expert from the University of South Australia, Emeritus Professor Rick Sarre told NCA Newswire the Sea World incident would likely be treated the same as the Dream World accident in 2016 when four people died on an amusement park ride.

In 2020, Dream World was deemed responsible for the incident after a court found a faulty part of the ride caused the deaths of Cindy Low, Kate Goodchild, her brother Luke Dorsett, and his partner Roozi Araghi.

The subject is an ATSB investigation into an airborne collision that occurred at Main Beach, Gold Coast.

Notice how CASA isn’t involved?

Notice how ATSB is involved in the investigation of the Seaworld airborne collision. But, the Dreamworld Thunder Rapids incident was investigated by the Queensland Coroner and referreed to Queensland Industrial Relation for prosecution unde WHS Legislation.

Got a case number rather than a legal opinion under a Murdoch masthead?

You're link even says the investigation hasn't finished.

Aren't you doing that?

The thread is supposed to be about the helicopter crash. Nothing to do with rides.

All you have posted is what I already told you. Annual inspections happen, and a ten year complete overview by engineers has to happen.

Dreamworld broke those laws and was fined 3.6 million.

What on earth has CASA got to do with amusement park rides?
