I dont think I posted a link. Razman above me did. It says he has the authority under certain circumstances but it doesn't say he did declassify these ones.

Bottom line, what are these ass holes doing taking top secret documents home with them for years?  Keel hauling should be the punishment since they are all just a bunch of ****ing pirates.

Apparently you don't need to declassify them. Just need to hide them in a garage for just over 5 years.

Presidents have done this for decades.  It's about their official Libraries, usually and I don't recall a single instance where any other president even made a mention in the news regarding NARA having a problem with them.  In the few cases where there was any dispute, attorneys for both parties negotiated and found common ground.  This is just Orange Man Bad, episode 9,473,111.

Add to this that recent polling puts him 17 points or so ahead of DeSantis, and the hysteria is going to go stratospheric in the coming months when the Left's media message has to break it to them that Trump isn't going to be stopped by ANY of these attempts at using the "legal" system to stop his run.

I don't think there's enough time to get a conviction, and exhaust appeals, in the almost two years left. That's if the Special Councel even gets to filing any charges anytime soon.

The fact is Trump will not be stopped from being in the GOP Primaries, and from running for office if he's the GOP Candidate. He can't be convicted in time.

Biden approval rating nears record low after classified documents discovery: survey

President Biden’s approval rating has dropped to 40 percent, according to a new poll, amid criticism over the handling of classified documents that have been discovered in a former office and at his Wilmington, Del., home.

A new Reuters-Ipsos poll showed 40 percent of Americans approve of Biden’s performance in office. The three-day poll concluded on Sunday, which was the final day of news about classified document discoveries and fell right in the middle of the White House’s messaging around the issue.

I think it was MSNBC and a good number of their talking heads. Back just after Christmas, I think.

Maybe they were speculating, but they were selling pretty hard IIRC.

He never said he was only running for one term and I'm pretty sure he said he'll run for another term if Trump runs but he never backed it up after Trumps announcement to run. And it's only been yawns and giggles about Trumps campaign because it's been quiet. The show hasn't even started yet.

Juat wait till he's back on Twitter. Rumor has it he's gearing up to return.

Edit: Point is, there will be hysteria. It's really never stopped to begin with.

Trump: "Good morning".

Twitter: DISINFO!!! Fact Check shows it's only morning on part of the globe at any time.

Did Ted Cruz cite an example?  Can you cite an example midget?  We know how many documents were recovered from Trump, and where they were recovered because of the DOJ.  Oh, I get it...we know how many documents were recovered from Biden and from where because of Biden's aides.  I guess that's the difference.

Seriously? The FBI reached out to several social media platforms and msm to tell them the hunter laptop was Russian disinformation, even though they knew it was a ligit story. He wasn’t even elected yet.

They also knew about Joes many years of illegal storing of classified information for weeks before midterms.

More than 50 former intelligence officials signed a letter casting doubt on the provenance of a New York Post story on the former vice president's son.

Probably the same experts saying there's nothing going on with these documents. Just filed in the wrong cabinet is all...

Proven so wrong once, why should we believe them now? Well, because Joe's a Democrat... Can there be a better reason??
