So... Pointing out the similarities makes me a Trumper Cultist? OK.....

But you just said comparing the two is only a Trumper thing. Are you Trumper then?

This is true. WHICH IS WHY I KEEP SAYING I THINK HE"S GUILTY.

But, please dont let that get in the way of a good old fashioned Ad Hom attack on someone who mostly agrees with you.

Honestly, do you true think that my comments were an Ad Homin attack?

True. Biden hasn't been charged with anything. But, then neither has Trump. Both are being investigated. So, like you've said, we don't know the whole story. On either one. So, you, yourself said you shouldn't comment on such, but... you do.

There is one absolutely glaring difference between Biden and Trump concerning this conversation. Trump lied to investigators about his possession of Classified Documents, not once, not twice, not three times but multiple times, how many times, not one knows. Now, we do know that much of the story, is accurate I didn't say not to comment, I said I would not comment on parts of the subject that are still unknown, so if you going to quote me, please quote me accurately.

If you're OK with possible Espionage Act crimes going uninvestigated, by all means, just say so. If not, then again, please say so.

Now, your putting words in my mouth so your comments above don't deserve a reply, only something as equally ridiculous!!

Unless you don't beleive the documents actually were found where they were found? And believe this is all a set up?? I can't believe you'd fall for that though.

Dude, your comments are ridiculous here again, when you want to have a conversation without seeking pity respond to me again, until then at least get some new material because what you offered here is stale.

Also, remember who you are responding too, I'm the Grim Reaper do you honestly believe I will have any pity on your soul!!!!!!!!:D

Depends on the intent. If I've stated I'm anti-Trump, but you post repeatedly that I am one of his cult, then that's a personal attack. An Ad Hom attack. Ad Hom doesn't have to be just filthy words.

That's fair enough.

But these are facts also.

  • Biden had documents of various levels of clearance. Incuding the highest.
  • He didn't follow the Presidential Archive laws at end of VP service.
  • Biden didnt secure them properly by law/regulations.
  • Biden had them for over six years.
  • Biden knew this would come out almost a month ago.
  • Merely having possession of a SCI, or Top Secret, doc would land a normal person in prison.

I say the same things over and over and you refuse to admit I've said them.

Quote

Ad hominem (Latin for 'to the person'), short for argumentum ad hominem (Latin for 'argument to the person'), refers to several types of arguments, most of which are fallacious.

Typically, this term refers to a rhetorical strategy where the speaker attacks the character, motive, or some other attribute of the person making an argument rather than addressing the substance of the argument itself.

Stating someone is a Trumper to discredit their pointing out of facts about Biden fits this exactly.

Rather then addressing the actual facts, it is easier to say whatever is posted by a Trumper can't be trusted.

You may want to note that some of those hinge on whether or not he was aware they were in his possession.

If it turns out they were just in a box that a staffer packed for him at the end of his time in the Obama White House, then it's difficult to see how they'd be able to charge him with anything.

True. But it's been six years.

I suppose it may come to a Clinton-esque decision if Grandpa meant any harm.

Supposedly one at least was SCI, and someone had to have checked it out, and never returned it.

I'm not aware of any law requiring someone to open a box in any timescale.

The Federal Statute of Limitations, however, is generally five years. May be too late to prosecute, even if they have a case, unless some of the documents are from the current White House.

How would that happen though? How does the VP just have classified documents laying around willy-hilly for “staffers” to be delegated the pseudo-responsibility for? It’s like p***ing all over the toilet seat and then blaming the person who has to clean it up.

What kind of documents do you think the VP and their staff work with on a daily basis, if not classified?

If it's classified then there must be a record somewhere of who signed for it.

No I’m not saying that at all. I’m saying most people don’t care. That they don’t believe this is anywhere near on par or worse than 9/11.

Im saying most people see through the BS. That the committee was made of only of people who hated Trump to begin with. That the FBI refuses to be transparent in their involvement.

Ok, you offer wonderful opinions, but frankly I don’t believe anything you say without a reputable sources to back it up,

Here, again I honestly do care what your opinion is at all, because you seriously provide proof your ignorant on this topic:

MaCarthy is a liar, and talking about BS, well you bought that BS and are regurgitating it by making you comments abive. McCarthy submitted 5 member of the GOP, Pelosi asked to have 2 of 5 replaced, in stead of replacing them Mcarthy picked up his toys and stomped out sucking his lower lip and stomping his feet.

All, the figgen idiot had to was replace two GOP members instead numb nuts pulls all GOP MEMBERS and then becomes BUTT HURT and says the process is nit fair because the GOP didn’t have say, well who’s shoulders does that lay on. I would recommend you understand the facts before you respond to my posts in the future, if you expect me to respond  ack to you.

Because from now on, I will  not respond to you comments, by reply or by post because I have asked you to provide sources and incapable of providing them, so I can only assume either you don’t know how to find them or you don’t understand the simplest aspects of etiquette. Either, way again I will not quote you and please don’t respond to me unless you can provide a source to supiport you comments.

Thanks:tu:

Pelosi explains why she would not except those two individuals, but she doesn’t say they could not be replaced!

McCarty tells his story, but what didn’t Numb Nuts just replace them with two?

I was a Telecommunications Specialist, there “should” be a record but as politicians they’re all likely to play dumb on knowing anything about it. Plausible deniability!

If it could ever be shown that Biden had any knowledge of said documents prior to the news then he should be held just as responsible for his F/U as Trump should be held for his.

When, I joined this forum in 2019 you supported Trump and now you say, you no longer do. But, know matter your comments show your straddling a razor wire fence, you can deny it but, I am not the only one that sees it or that has commented upon it. It, has nothing to do with attacking Biden, I do it all the time myself. What, it comes down to is the fact that you comment are based on preconceived notions and not facts. The highlighted comments are sheer BS, I never referred to as being a member of his Cult, but maybe you are, because why else would you bring it. I think we to settle this, I think we need to bring Tiggs into it and let him decide. While Biden is the President Excutive Privilege and Presidential immunity applies for situations that arise from before he was President he can’t be charged until he finishes his term. Your, buddy Trump did the same thing, but now he is out of office, fir instance the rape charges, he is being crucified right, if gets jail time they should.d put him in JINPOP.

They call me a Trumper too.   It's their go to attack when they know they are wrong.   I've said Trump is an idiot from before he was elected.   The biden cult just loves the "whataboutism" they live with.

This is true. The Jan 6 riot and MarLago documents happened after that, yes?

I'm not straddling any fence. I'm firmly on the side of the GOP/DeSantis.

Only Democrats conflagrate attacking Biden with supporting Trump. Are you a Democrat? I had thought not...

Even CNN and MSNBC, are bashing on Biden. Are they also Pro-Trump?

I listed the facts. You didn't acknowledge them. Typical Democrst strategy. Are you sure you're not really a Democrat?

In the context of this thread, I went back and looked at your posts. Indeed you didn't use the word Cult. You simple heavily implied I am a Trump supporter. Which is not the case anymore. Your good friend Bats is the one you calls people Cultists. So, for that tiny infringement, I appologize.

Man you sure are stubborn. I posted the exact definition of Ad Hominim, and drew an exact parallel.

@Tiggs Do you believe some of Reapers posts would count as Ad Hominim? I've repeated stated I believe Trump is guilty on the MarLago docs, but Reaper says I'm clearly a Trumper.

Trumps not my buddy. But he appears to be in your head.

You probably need to calm down. I think you're getting too riled up.

I'd agree he has protection right now. But, as I've said before, I am going to wait on what the Special Counsel says. I've also repeatedly said I believe that Biden will get little or no punishment. Mostly due to cooperation.

So this was not meant as an insult... an attack on myself?

You wouldn't agree with me, even if I am right. And I need more Trump turd polish?

I'd say that if Biden delegated control of his office pack up to a staffer. Who then boxed things up and dumped them in his garage. Then we should find out who the lax staffer is and they should be the Sacrificial Lamb.

If Biden didnt do it himself, then who did? Does the "real document villain"  need then to be punished?

Careful, Reaper will call you out as a Trumper for saying such things.

I would think that a staffer, in general, WOULD NOT have the necessary Security Clearance so shouldn’t have been delegated anything having to do with classified material which means if Biden is responsible for said delegation then he IS responsible for a potential security breach.

I really don’t care as both parties are self-serving examples of trash IMO.
