Grim Reaper 6 Posted February 2, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 2, 2023 Hunter Biden is going on the offense with his lawyers now asking the Justice Department to investigate former President Donald Trump's allies, who peddled his laptop's hard drive to media outlets in the run-up to the 2020 election. This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation and manipulation of Mr. Biden's private and personal information,' the letter said. 'Politicians and the news media have used this unlawfully accessed, copied, distributed, and manipulated data to distort the truth and cause harm to Mr. Biden. The letter to the Justice Department was addressed to its top national security official, Matthew Olsen. It cites possible violations of statutes prohibiting the unauthorized access of a computer or stored electronic communication as well as the transport of stolen data across state lines and the publication of restricted personal data with the intent to intimidate or threaten. Sir Wearer of Hats Posted February 2, 2023 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2023 Hang about… I thought Hunter was denying it was his laptop? 3
the13bats Posted February 2, 2023 #3 Share Posted February 2, 2023 Lets pass around the Orville Redenbacher this is gonna get good. So lets see if i grasp this hunter is crying that "they" made him and his dad look badly because of a laptop that had pictures of him cracking it up, sleezing it up and who knows what else debauchery was released for profit to the evil msm. Iifc rudi brownsweat was deeply involved with the hhds of the comp having his own copy of its contents and seems i recall the comp tech making some remark only his copies of the hhd are not edited salted or whatever. I have no idea but imagine if and thats a qualifying "if" "they" added things to hunters hdds to make it look bad they might just get into hot water, it will be fun watching this get sorted out. 1

He didn't bother to even try to tell that lie. I have a feeling that the contract he signed agreeing to forfeit the laptop after a certain period of time, will be difficult for an HONEST judge or jury to deny. Even the fearless minions of the effa bee eye can't say he didn't do the right thing in handing the original off to them. I look forward to seeing some of them being deposed under oath to explain why they had that evidence for years and did nothing with it.
the13bats Posted February 2, 2023 #5 Share Posted February 2, 2023 Its also gonna be very bad for "them" if they hacked into that laptops hhd before the time period of holding ran out, and im sure that no one is gonna take brownsweats or blind techs word on it they will have to prove time ran out then prove they didnt salt the hard drives. We will watch this.

Well, I suppose he had an epiphany and he fully realizes that the individuals who have been pimping his Laptop were doing so illegally. Since, he never gave anyone permission to access his laptops information by doing so his right privacy was violated so those who accessed his information did so illegally. Now, I don’t think Hunter Biden is very smart, but it appears that those who have been trying to use his laptop against him are about to see what it feels like to be facing the legal system themselves.

Its ironally weird, "they" thought that the trash was so bad on the comp that it didn't matter how they got it people would be so angry they would be forgiven, also my head is muddy and i gotta take out the trash but if i feel like it i need to try to find where i read that comp tech didnt accuse "them" of salting their copies but made it clear his copy wasnt salted. In other words made it sound like "they" did add stuff to their copies.

I look forward to seeing some of them being deposed under oath to explain why they had that evidence for years and did nothing with it. All true. However it was not the FBI who released the vids, it was private citizens. Are those legal copies? Could I release your diary to the public if I found it on the street and you have no legal recourse? I think you could probably sue my a** off. Picture it this way, how many politicians currently or recently in power would want their private information leaked? I would bet close to zero. So there are a whole lot of people who might not look too fondly on people that expose any dirty laundry in that way. Crazy as it sounds, a lot of people may think that lawsuit is justified. A lot of people distrust informants. Never mind the fact that Hunter may go to prison for his own crimes.
