That superintendent needs to be fired. Now! Her father's affair seven years ago and she used drugs was a reason to just let kids bully her into suicide? How many of those bullies are "on drugs"? And what was done to them for beating that girl so badly? Those pictures are terrible. Surely there were interventions that could have been put in place. You don't just make excuses for everyone else's bad behavior. This is just victim blaming.

Once upon a time, kids like this would attack off-campus, in secret, no witnesses. Now they attack openly in cafeterias and classrooms, school buses and social media, secure in the knowledge that administrators won't do a thing.

The pos super resigned, and i hope gets sued for his "look over there, whataboutism" lame blaming her dad for his ( supers ) dropping the ball and allowing bullies beating the kid and posting a shameful video for the purpose of taunting and hurting the kid more, soulless monsters, thats what pushed her over the edge and shes gone, im jaded and spiteful i hope all those involved have their lives ruined, it likely wasnt so funny when they got charges, people have a zero tolerance for bullies.

Thing is mad dogs like these monsters who cased this had that entitled mindset they could bully and boast about it and go on a full harassment attack and it would be all peachy, well its not, their parents will pay tons in legal fees and likely lawsuits, the pos super will get his own lawsuit because his pass the buck blame game also doesnt float people are sick of bullies hurting and hating i hope they use these maggots as examples.

It’s under the woke agenda that kids, especially minority kids should basically never be punished for anything. Making many of these schools a living nightmare for many teachers and students.

Well, he might get out of a lawsuit but this albertrose will forever hang around his neck. He was quick to quit so im guessing he has other dirt hes hiding from.

This came from the idea that black kids are disproportionately suspended and expelled compared to white kids.

OK.  I hear ya.  Lets take a look at what the superintendent said.  Did he make excuses for the attackers as victims of a repressive society who need understanding? If so, I could agree that is is woke beyond help.  But, I don't think that is what he said.

Did he attack the victim as a drug user and her father as an adulterer?  Seems very un-woke.  One might expect him to know about student's drug use, but adultery from her father?  Does he know that much about all students' families?  Be that as it may, he seems very judgmental.  Its the girl's fault for being a druggie.  Its her father's fault for being a sinner and causing his daughter's suicide.  Almost like he is calling them scum that got what they deserved because God hates adulterers and drug addicts.

Different conclusions  based on different biases.
