Fantastic Voyage and One Million Years B.C. star Raquel Welch has died aged 82 following a 'brief illness', according to her heartbroken famil.

This will motivate me to look for some of her movies. I did the same when Gina Lollobrigida died a month ago.

Rachael was slightly before I began to really notice the female form  but her career was long enough to make up for that deficit 

Her daughter (Tawney Kitaen) was at least as beautiful.  I looked up her photo from her role in the movie COCOON and realized she had pre-deceased her mom    She died in 2021 at the age of 59 from heart disease.

That is sad news, but she did have a long and full life. Her and Sophia Loren were my favorites in my youth (and still are).

My oldest daughters favorite compliment from my dad was when he told her she resembled Raquel Welch.
