Bendy Demon Posted March 11 #1 Share Posted March 11 So here is a dream I recently had where I am with my dad and we're at an embankment where below is a pond/river/something and my dad said something like "Oh boy" and we see a large turtle/tortoise that somehow got flipped on its back so dad goes down the shallow embankment to put it back on its feet where it proceeds to amble off to do whatever it is they do and as we're on the embankment we see a bunch of turtles at the shore of this pond/whatever and many are going off into the water like they usually do and some were wandering around. Dad asked something to the effect of "Why are there so many turtles?" or "Where did all these turtles come from?" and I said something like "Maybe it is their nesting grounds or something.". So we're sitting on the embankment and some of the turtles are meandering around, a small one scampers up the embankment and dad and I are watching it as it passes us and goes of to wherever it was heading to and at some point was this huge turtle/tortoise and it walked by me I started petting it; it felt soft..not furry but like the surface was a layer of very soft sand. At one point I was kind of playing with it, placing my hands on its snout and pushing gently then it would push back and eventually laid its head on my lap so it could be petted. The interesting thing was that some of the turtles had a light or whitish shell and the sections on the shell were some shade of brown or reddish and there was a large, maroon spot in the center of each 'hexagon' ('cuz that's the shape of the shell sections) Some of the borders of those hexagon shapes may have been blue too with a blue spot but the turtles themselves (some of them) were white or beige. The tortoise I played with was a sandy color all over but I don't recall seeing any of the usual hexagonal sections; in fact the snout of the tortoise seemed to be a little more squared off and not as beak-like as most tortoises. I don't recall reading anything about turtles and tortoises lately nor seeing any images of them either. 2 Top

It may be the you that is in charge of the physical functions of your body. my dad = a third part of your mind, a third you. Either your soul (dominant) or your superego (wise). So two you's are visiting with and in the domain of a third you. (Possibly turtle = maned wolf?) shell sections = nerve cells (belonging to the domain of the you the two you's are visiting) hexagon = (the shape of bee) cells a large, maroon spot in the center = the nucleus of the cell I have no idea why your mind equates that part of your mind with a turtle. Because it is invulnerable, (mentally) strong? No, it was equated to turtles and their shells because of the reference to nerve cells.
