Harharharhar, twice impeached former president calls names.  Hehehehehe that's so awesome, what a swell guy.  So funny.  What kind of incredible nicknames can he come up with today!  Oh Donald Trump you truly are the king of comedy!

I bet you still laugh at the bubbles when you fart in the bathtub too.

Though paying a woman for sex is what anybody who's ever had a girlfriend or been married to a woman. At the end of the day you are paying no matter how to try to justify or spin it.

If you think that a relationship equates to paying for sex, that just shows how little you understand about relationships and how little you respect women.

Not really surprising though.

His supporters obstructing the presidential election from being certified by causing a capital hill evacuation where 150 police were injured isn't an attack on democracy, but him being investigated for crimes are?

What a joke of a person.

What I learned from the men/woman relationship thread is that for some of Trump's followers it clearly has little to do with Trump, economics, or anything else. It's all cultural. Some of them are simply afraid of the changing culture and want to go back.

I haven't paid much attention to this so just went and read up a bit.  If they actually physically arrest trump for this they are going to spur his base to new heights of enthusiasm.  Considering how much I paid for a bag of groceries yesterday the democrats better be very careful about doing anything to make people more excited about voting democrats out in the next election.

Thing is, they shouldn't HAVE to.  IF he's going to be placed under arrest, he will most likely be given the chance to turn himself in, be fingerprinted, and probably sent on his way.  If ANYONE is going to make this a spectacle, it'll be Trump.   Personally, I'd be ecstatic if the GOP got a grip on themselves and remembered that their loyalty belongs to the nation, not a single man, and if they would stop trying to subvert the will of the population like they've done in several states over abortion laws after putting the vote to the people on the matter.  They might even get my vote again at that point.  If they ever start treating anyone who's non-white/straight/Christian like actual humans, that might help some too.

I will say that nothing pysches up the American voter like trying to take away their bodily autonomy.  The economy fluctuates.  Rights don't.

Hillary was let off with a fine and no fingerprinting for this same thing in 2016.  Hate to use the term witch hunt but that's what this is.  Seven years after the fact as the campaign season starts up this is now looking like a charge?  Ridiculous.  The Democrats would be much better served calling off their dogs and concentrating on campaigns.  Or better yet, fixing the economy.

I don't think the transgressions of one person excuse those of another.   I never liked Hillary, and I actually voted against her in 2016.  Personally, this is the least of the charges that I'd like to see him hit with.  I could truthfully care less about the Stormy Daniels situation other than the fact that, IF he paid her off, he did so out of campaign funds.  I'd rather see him put away for election fraud for his 3 "perfect" phone calls to Georgia trying to "find" votes.

At the same time, I'm not going to wring my hands over it being campaign season when the GOP went after Hillary's emails and tried to charge her for it mere weeks away from the election.

Who did Hilary pay to be quiet about having sex with her?

LOL, I'm not sure anyone would openly admit to sleeping with Hillary besides Bill

Considering all the other investigations and such that has already happened I really don't see this having any meaningful effect on support for or against Trump.

Either do I and I'm not supporting trump.  I'm pointing out that making a big deal out of this is a bad political move that will actually gain trump support.

Honestly, the only one I see making a huge deal out of this particular case is Trump himself

And every media outlet in the USA.  That being the case he's politically outsmarted the dems again.  They really need to stop concentrating on him and start working on themselves.  Trump is the master of the negative campaign so they should not feed the beast.

Yeah, the left needs to work on themselves but does the GOP not need to work on themselves as well?   Honestly, I hope he ISN'T arrested on Tuesday.  Just more proof that he's complete bluster.  Not that his rubes will care, assuming they notice at all.

If they get him on a crime, I want him put away over the trove of classified documents and election fraud.

Eh. It's just like the FBI search for documents.

The people who say he is a criminal will continue to say that and the people who say he is unfairly targeted by the "deep state" will continue to say that.

I say law and order. If he committed a crime then let him be charged

They need to take a ton of antibiotics and dump trump.  He's a cancer and has set them back years.

Absolutely agree there.  Wash their hands of him and denounce him entirely.  Won't happen though.

I know, and an actual arrest will confirm to them and probably some independents that Biden has weaponized the justice department to take down his enemies.  Doesn't have to be true.

To add to this. I recall people saying (wishful thinking) that the FBI search would also cause a backlash against Dems. Yet when the midterms happened Republicans performed poorer than expected.

At this point I doubt any new information will push people to far in their direction.

This is true.  Most people have seen the events of the last 6 years play out and already have their minds made up as to how their going to vote.  Trump being/not being arrested isn't going to sway many people.

The truth doesn't seem to matter to Trump's fanbase anyway though, does it?  I mean, here they are still claiming he was robbed despite the people who told them such nonsense now having their personal conversations revealed stating their total belief in the opposite and the support base STILL doesn't care.

It's incredibly sad what people let this man and his cronies do to their sense of integrity.
