I have to hope that a majority of Americans still believe in one system of justice for us all and that when one party so blatantly abuses it for tribal gain, they will say enough is enough.

Exactly we do.  Follow the Constitution, don't cut corners, equal justice for all.

Trump is not getting charged for his politics, he is being charged for his business and what he did as a private citizen before and after he was president.  It seem like the MAGA crowd wants their leader to be above the law in defiance of equal justice and the Constitution.

Turn off the game of thrones on your TV and follow the Constitution.

At least half the rapists, robbers, and murderers in prison say they are innocent, that they did nothing wrong.  Should we let them all go on the basis of that?  NO more justice no more trials?

What are you, 5?  Well apparently you don't know **** considering I said hopefully it won't come to that.  Go ahead with your assumptions though, if it makes you feel better. Any more stupid **** you'd like to say?

Well, I'm not the one who fills their posts with expletives and asterisks. I'm also not the one who has fantasies of a state sanctioned murder spree. You brought that up. You're not the first lefty on this site to have such fantasies and you're not the first one to do it that I've made a point to highlight what you've said.

Oh get the hell over it.  This is how I talk.  Your lack of expletives doesn't make the **** falling out of you any less absurd.  And nobody said anything about a state sanctioned murder spree.  If you want to pull anything else out of your ass, I'd suggest you begin with your head.  Got a problem with my language, don't interact with me.  I'm sure I'll lose sleep over it.

My lack of expletives makes me sound like a rational adult, regardless of our topic opinions.

Is the police "rightfully" (your opinion) mowing down a crowd not state sanctioned murder?

Yet your assumptions make you sound like an imbecile

Yawn... I'll take your lack of denial to my accusations and the personal attacks as confirmation that my assumptions are correct. I'll also take the lack of an answer to my last question that you agree with me that it's state sanctioned murder.

Well then your continued assumption continues to make you incorrect.  Like I said, if I never heard from you again I wouldn't consider it a loss.  Actually, hell, to the ignore bin you go

Well, it's Tuesday here. Hurry up would ya America.

It seems unlikely that this slippery scoundrel will face any justice. After how many times he has escaped it, it seems a long shot.

But then again they got All Capone on tax charges didn't they. Seems almost similar in some ways.

Justice is slow- especially if the criminal is rich and can slow down the legal process.  Look how many years- if not decades, it took to get Epstein, Cosby, and the like.

I'm actually more interested if it's really going to happen. As it came from Trump, it's already dubious information.

Trump: Imma gonna be arrested on Tuesday.

FBI: Arrest him Thursday, and tell everyone he’s a liar all Wednesday long.

C'Mon Man!!

We all know nothings going to happen on Tuesday... regarding Trump being arrested.

There very well may be protests though, and perhaps a riot.

You're implying that Trump can be truthful?

I'm doubtful.

Trump probably told the FBI. They are probably still running around getting ready to arrest, wondering who issued the arrest order.

Considering that Monday, Trump's lawyers and secreat service had heard nothing, I'm going to go with no arrest Tuesday.

Also the NY DA and FBI, apparently didn't appear to have called for an arrest.

Cohen, who people say will be the nail in the coffin, hasn't even testified yet, and is not sure when he will testify.

If anything legal happens, I think the NY DA will issue a request for Trump to testify. Which he will refuse.

This was an interesting read. Is he the liar, or Cohen? Almost the entire case rests on if Cohen told the truth in 2019, when he said Trump told him to pay off Stormy Daniels due to the coming election.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-manhattan-da-case-bob-costello-testifies-grand-jury-says-michael-cohen-serial-liar

Quote

Robert Costello, the former legal advisor to ex-Trump attorney Michael Cohen, appeared before the grand jury in the Manhattan District Attorney’s investigation into former President Trump Monday, and testified that Cohen is a "serial liar."

Quote

"The heart of it is that Michael Cohen told us that he was approached by Stormy Daniels’ lawyer and Stormy Daniels had negative information that she wanted to put in a lawsuit against Trump," Costello said. "So Michael Cohen decided his own – that’s what he told us – on his own, to see if he could take care of this."

Costello said Cohen "sat with the lawyer for Stormy Daniels. They negotiated a nondisclosure agreement for $130,000."

Costello said he asked Cohen, at the time, if the money negotiated with Daniels was Trump’s money, to which Costello said Cohen replied: "No, it’s not."

So, Daniels, at least, not Trump money, and done by Cohen without Trumps blessing.

I bet the NY DA holding off till now has a lot to do with the believability of Costello, versus the known liar Cohen. The fact they are putting this all out in the public now seems to me like could be a set up to dismiss for now.

Also, it seems like they'd have to prove intent. Was this something Trump would not have otherwise have done??

Of course you think that, you are not neutral.  I've been wrong every time I predicted something like that which is why I am now taking trump very seriously as a threat in the upcoming presidential race.  Every time I thought people will see through that, or that nobody could possibly vote for him after this or that fiasco I've been wrong and so are you now.

If trump runs he will win. But it won't be because of any support he will GAIN. It will be because of the lack of voter turnout on the democrat side due to the lack of a viable candidate to challenge him. 80 million people aren't going to come out to vote for a 2nd Biden term OR a Harris run.

LMAO!!!! You can't make these things up, he was on a prayer call with Roger Stone and Michael Flynn.

Not hilarious enough? The call got disconnected. Trump reconnected with them and said the "radical left" did it. There's also a recording of the perfect prayer call.

Prayer call between those 3?  That's hilarious on it's own.    Even more so that he blamed the "radical left" for a phone disconnect.  What a schmuck.
