I live here in South Korea and I have never heard about this. UFOs are not reported very often in East Asia, so this should be a hot news topic maybe I just missed it.

Apparently not the same chaps who were allegedly having fun back in the '60's flipping power on and off with ICBMs. Must be they don't mess with reactors or something oddly specific like that.
