Completely agree.  Let's see if they track down who sent the letter and what the substance is.  The perp needs to be convicted and punished to the full extent of the law...NO MATTER WHO IT IS.  If the FBI can't find this person, I'm calling "FF" on the whole thing

The powder in the letter according to the article was none hazardous but this is a perfect example of what happens when someone fires up thousands of people. I am surprised that some people still don’t get it, words have consequences and intentionally or not is no excuse for actions taken by others on your behalf. I know some will call this a false flag operation and they are welcome to their opinions but that is just sad!

No, it isn't "sad", it is CRIMINAL.  The reality is that if this was some supporter of Trump, you can be sure the FBI will have him/her in custody in days, if not hours.  If it was a ploy by others to smear his supporters, we'll never hear anything conclusive again from the investigation.  Remember the "pipe bombs" found on J6?  How about the insider who leaked the draft on Roe V Wade?  Do you even remember them?  Aren't you the least bit curious why those very inflammatory situations have never been explained?

I think we have EVERY valid reason to question the alphabet agencies.  They've been caught too damned often, playing politics and being weaponized against the opposition of the Democrat party.  IF that were happening in reverse, this country would resemble a war zone and any honest person would admit the truth of that.

Your logic that if the FBI doesn’t find the perpetrator of this letter than it’s a false flag operation is ridiculous. If that letter was handled by a competent individual they will never determine who sent the letter. Your previous post didn’t fool anyone it was clear from the beginning that based upon your preconceived notion that’s what you thought it was from the beginning. But, I will say again, words do have consequences and Trumps threats were not even veiled. I think your man ( Trump ) should tone it down before someone gets hurt. It amazes me that members of Trumps base are so very ignorant though. Because, if they get caught just like the idiots that participated in the Capitol insurrection Trump will not life a finger to help them, because to him they are canon fodder nothing more.

The same thing occurred during Trump Presidency, he weaponized the FBI and the DOJ, it was wrong then and it’s wrong now. But, it’s difficult for you to see the big picture, it’s not only the Democrats that are guilty of this, it’s both political parties.

Whoever is responsible should be brought to justice, If this was a member of the political right, they should have just taken a lesson from the other side of the isle. Expressing these ideas is not best done with what appears to be a hoax letter containing a harmless powered. The most effective method is to just openly express your desires for assassinations in popular culture, None of this is any good.

Clinton survived a BJ in the White House  without advocating a revolution.  Nixon survived a criminal act, got pardoned and lived out his retirement with some dignity.   Neither one was so desperate to avoid a court appearance for a misdemeanor that they wanted to overthrow the US.

Translate Trump's Truths in to Spanish and it would sound like El Chapo the cartel boss threatening the Mexican government if they try to interfere in his business.

Translate them into some African or South East  Asian language and they would sound like a bloodthirsty dictator threatening the people and government  if he is not reinstated.

Translate them into German and calling your enemies animal and human scum sounds so Nazi.

Is that MAGA  idea of a fit leader?

With over 350 million people in the US it isn't really a stretch to think Trump has a crazy supporter somewhere (we saw a few of them on Jan 6th after all).

Hell, Hailey Bieber complained the other day that she's getting death threats from Selena Gomez fans.

And I'm certain Trump has some crazier fans then they do.

Or we could all hold hands and pretend that Trump doesn't have any insane or unhinged supporters

If it was not so sad and possibly dangerous I would laugh at this entire situation, because it seems like the kind of plots you would find in B rated movies.

Trump is no different than any of those people, in fact he has more in common with those foreign bad actors than he does with any other President of the United States. I don’t know why they allow Trump to further attempt to incite violence, his comments and actions go beyond the limitations outlined in the 1st amendment. I suppose they are just waiting until some of his base strike out in a violent manner then when charge him for the crime and incitement.

You are right about the Anthrax Envelopes, it started in 2001 and it turned out to be a disgruntled Republican Scientist.  it was tracked back to a government laboratory facility, were it came from was easy to identify because of the chemical make up. In 2001, 5 people lost their lives before the situation was finally brought under control.
