WVK Posted March 26 #1 Share Posted March 26 The times they are a changing A new research paper claims that a staggering amount of employees could see their careers impacted by the rise of ChatGPT, a shockingly intelligent chatbot released in November. Researchers from OpenAI and the University of Pennsylvania argued in a new research paper that 80 percent of the US workforce could have at least 10 percent of their work tasks affected by the introduction of ChatGPT. They also found that about 19 percent of workers may find at least 50 percent of their duties impacted by GPT, or General-purpose technologies. Researchers also found that higher-income jobs will likely have greater exposure to GPT, but that it will span across almost all industries. https://nypost.com/2023/03/26/up-to-80-percent-of-workers-could-see-jobs-impacted-by-ai/ 1 1 Top

Alchopwn Posted March 27 #3 Share Posted March 27 I am actually not very impressed by ChatGPT. It can communicate acceptably, but it doesn't know what it is talking about. 1 Top
