I still refuse to fly. I haven't flown since maybe 2017 if I recall correctly.  Sick of dealing with airlines poor service and crowds.  I rather just drive.  I will drive if I can do so in less than a day.  I say this as a former 100k/yr frequent flyer on multiple airlines.

My wife is scheduled to take her first flight in about five or six years as well next week.  Work meeting.

[Occupational Hubris]

I've crossed the county a few times the last couple years and it's been a slog. I need lots of whiskey to get through my flights. Though it was nice to fly into an almost empty LAX during the hight of the pandemic.
