Alien spaceship ‘could have crash-landed on Mars’ (Telegraph)

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

An alien spaceship crash landing cannot be ruled out as the cause of the strange pointy protrusions found on Mars, scientists have said.

In April, Nasa’s Curiosity Rover photographed what appear to be rows of spikes, plates and wedges protruding from rocks on the floor of the 96-mile (154 km) Gale Crater.

At the time, astrobiologist Dr Nathalie Cabrol, of the Nasa Ames Research Centre and Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (Seti) Institute, said it was “the most bizarre rock” she had ever seen in 20 years of studying Mars.

It looks more like iron oxide deposits that form in shallow water.

I have no idea.  But I found this strange:

So, in the beginning of the story, it says:

In April, Nasa’s Curiosity Rover photographed what appear to be rows of spikes, plates and wedges protruding from rocks on the floor of the 96-mile (154 km) Gale Crater.
At the time, astrobiologist Dr Nathalie Cabrol, of the Nasa Ames Research Centre and Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (Seti) Institute, said it was “the most bizarre rock” she had ever seen in 20 years of studying Mars.

But then it says this:

The team say although “sand spikes” are a plausible explanation, the Martian protrusions do not have the same bulbous ends as spikes on Earth.
Unlike Earth spikes, Martian spikes are also sometimes serrated.

What?  Where did that statement come from?  Right out of the authors butt? What the...chicken?  To me, that would seem to imply that they see Martian spikes like this all the time.   Sometimes serrated?  Huh?  This picture, taken in April of this year,  is the most bizarre picture she has seen in 20 years of studying Mars?  Where does 'unlike Earth spikes, Martian spikes are also sometimes serrated' fit into this story at all?  What am I missing here?

And what would that concrete ruin be doing on Mars?

Those alien spacecrafts does seem to crash a lot. Maybe health and safety isn't a high priority to them ? Or maybe they were built by the lowest bidder ?

That would be around the BMAC when the Indo-Aryan and Indo-Iranian split happened. Which is what that turkey describes.

Astrobiologists can't get it through their heads that evolution is lazy and takes the path of least resistance.

They also don't know **** about geology.

They had it playing on the big screen in the day space in prison.

I actually jumped into a Joyce Meyer book to avoid it. :unsure2:

......I can't believe I just admitted to that.......

I understand that prison is supposed to be punishment, but this seems like torture to me.  Cruel and unusual.

Hey wait a minute there Mr P !  Eric Von Daniken maintains the Mahabarata has flying saucers called Vimanas in it, and he's not actually wrong.  Why would ancient people describe flying saucers if they didn't have them, huh?  How do you KNOW this isn't an ancient epic from humanity's ancient Martian heritage?  I mean... Why do we call it a planet of war if we never fought a war there?  I know this is all true because I saw it on History Channel's highly reputable show Ancient Aliens, so it is totally legit.  My only doubt is about the lack of atomic Kaiju described in the Mahabarata, because we KNOW there were weaponized kaiju in play in all the other conflicts.

Something called "pollution" in the soil and ice cores.

That’s not a mineral. What is it, I can’t say, but it’s not a natural formation.

It would seem too old to be from earth,
