Kirkpatrick is a figure head without a need to know.

Can you back up that statement or is that just your uninformed opinion? Do you know what what clearance he has? Do you know what access he has had in the capacity of his position?

What is “credible evidence”?

The Pentagon is very eager to keep their secrets out of the public eye, despite the fact that they are an open secret.  If the information is subject to serious scrutiny, then the evidence of wrongdoing will become apparent.  Heads will roll and careers will be ruined.  The US Military's internal corruption is quite a different species to that of the Russians, but it is just as real.

Honestly, do people really think that with the amount of spying that has been going on for decades that something of this magnitude could really be kept in the dark this long? Russian intelligence and more recently the Chinese Ministry of State Security and their multitude of electronic and cyber spying programs have been hard at work digging for information. Yet, they haven't been able to pry anything either?

But sure, yes. Let's just keep pretending people keep secrets so well in this country.

I bet he did. And trelane while reading the nsa files i noticed that they intercepted a russian transmission about a pilot being killed chasing a ufo, and unlike our government, when asked the russians were not shy about talking about it. Its not a big secrecy to them. That was decades ago. There is no reason they would be looking elsewhere for confirmation now when they accepted it long long ago.

Yet the pentagon refused to show up at the hearing where they could have called the witnesses liars to their faces.

Let's pretend the guy is telling the truth about 'reverse engineering' alien stuff.

Where are the sudden and unexplainable jumps in tech? Is there an example of going from an old tech to a completely new tech with zero steps in between?

Or are we going to accept that only the 'government'(as in the USA only, apparently) has access to this supposed stuff?

Do you know who was actually in the chambers when the hearing was in session? There were in fact officials from the DoD in attendance. If you viewed the hearings or read the transcript you would see that the the panel questioning was not intended or designed to for their to be rebuttals presented. It certainly was not intended for those testifying to be attacked or defend their allegations. It was an opening segment to a larger 'hard look' by the senate committee. It stands to reason there will be more hearings scheduled.

Ok cool, let's go with that. The NSA intercepted a message, ok. What was the follow up? What was ascertained by intelligence agencies' investigations? Simple, nothing. It was an anecdotal report that provided nothing beyond a statement and discovered no data of corroboration to warrant further intelligence monitoring. Another dead end.

It's common sense which is obviously in short supply.  Do you really think if the GOV had a decades long UFO/UAP crash retrieval program Kirkpatrick would be informed?  Come on man.

Argument from incredulity, also known as argument from personal incredulity, appeal to common sense, or the divine fallacy, is a fallacy in informal logic. It asserts that a proposition must be false because it contradicts one's personal expectations or beliefs, or is difficult to imagine.

There's no need to get salty when its pointed out to you that you're confusing your ambitions with your abilities. You can take it as a learning opportunity, if you choose.

I can only imagine why the Pentagon failed to confront them face-to-face. Could it be that other credible folks in positions to know have confirmed Grusch's statements and statements of the pilots involved? Yes indeed, they have. In addition, let's take a read on what Rep. Matt Gaetz has said and keeping in mind the Pentagon and the Air Force had initially blocked members of Congress at Eglin AFB, FL.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., made a guest appearance in the hearing to discuss a tip his office received about a UAP sighting at Eglin Air Force base, located in his congressional district in Okaloosa County. Gaetz said after a disagreement with military officials, he was allowed to see an image of four supposed UAPs in a diamond formation and speak to a pilot who saw it. "One of the pilots goes to check out that diamond formation and sees a large, floating what I can only describe as an orb. Again, like I said, not have any human capability that I'm that aware of," Gaetz said. Gaetz called on Pentagon officials to release that image and other details about that UAP sighting to the Oversight Committee."

What is the Pentagon and the Air Force hiding?

Rep. Matt Gaetz is an attention grabbing idiot. He will say or take any position that will get him any sort of news press.

I would trust him as far as I can comfortably spit a rat.

That’s certainly true, he is an attention grabbing idiot more concerned about his image than the issue at hand.:tu:

Apparently, attempts by the Pentagon and the Air Force to block members of congress at Eglin AFB is not even a secret.

Thay may have access to that supposed stuff but that doesn't mean they have figured it out. It might be like monkeys stumbling across an iPhone.

LINK: SETI Institute Shreds UFO Whistleblower's Claims About Alien Corpses

Extraordinary Claims

Remember all that buzz about the UFO whistleblower who testified before Congress last week that the government had alien carcasses?
According to an actual alien hunter, those claims have some serious issues.
