A child's gravestone in the garden, the figure of a monk supposedly appearing over a sleeping baby and words carved on walls... all reported at a house once known as the UK's most haunted.

About 300 apparent paranormal phenomena was documented at a remote 17th Century house that had national media coverage because of supposed spooky goings-on.

The multiple claims of the unexplained was a tale that interested Hollywood.

It came after a family started to speak about their Penyffordd Farm nightmare.

It's truly a marvel how these ethereal entities manage to maintain such consistent attendance in our mortal realm. One can only imagine the ghostly calendar meetings and spectral RSVPs that must be involved in orchestrating such a grand display of otherworldly activity. It's almost as if the afterlife has its own version of advertising for a coming movie, with restless spirits eagerly competing for the title of "Most Hauntingly Creative."

Clearly, these people are making tons of money and getting rich and famous; the risk that random internet people would think they are goofy is one most would be willing to take. #putheiinomniscient

Yet they turned down the offer of a blockbuster movie.

There's some in the documentary.

I watched it last night and found it very interesting.  Whether I think it's a hoax or not is hard to say, which actually says a lot considering I'm not inclined to believe in ghosts. The main reason I wanted to watch it is because of its location, I'm familiar with that part of the world.

There is a lot of weird happenings in it, either that or a lot of fibs being told. It all boils down to proof really, or in this case lack of, and how much the viewer is willing to believe.
