Immorality is not equivalent to being convicted of a crime. Can either of these individuals be proven to have broken US laws? We still require a formal trial with evidence presented to ascertain guilt or innocence. So far, only one trial has been completed. We can conclude from his conviction that Donald Trump is guilty of sexual assault and defamation. So far that is all that either of these guys has been found guilty of doing. Immorality and behavior are plenty for me to decide my vote, but not legal consequences. You’re not wrong and every reasonable person knows they’re both guilty.

We should be able to make judgements like that for ourselves and act on them. I do cling to the whole idea of the justice system being critical because I don't see much else we can believe in at the moment. We know we have some bad actors in all three branches, but I think the system is still better than any alternative and can be fixed.

Every reasonable person knows they're both probably guilty. Truly reasonable people would let all the evidence be shown in a court of law before stating it as fact. Because deciding they are guilty before that is pre-judgemental and not reasonable. Edited September 18 by Gromdor

Edumakated Posted September 18 #81 Share Posted September 18 The simple question is what was Hunter Biden bringing to the table that warranted millions in compensation from foreign entities? He has no real expertise in anything and a known crackhead... His only value was the access he granted to Joe... anyone reasonable knows this to be true. So the next question is what did these entities get in return from access to Joe? 4

Since you had no idea of the Crackhead's actual qualifications before making this statement, I would hesitate to confirm that you are indeed a reasonable observer. Typically a reasonable observer spends at least 30 seconds Googling something. 4 minutes ago, Edumakated said: So the next question is what did these entities get in return from access to Joe? Seems like the only thing people have tried to make a thing is the Shokin firing, but various partisan investigations didn't find a "there" there. 2

A law degree by itself does not qualify someone to sit on a board, even if it is from Yale. What companies you know are going to hire a dishonorably discharged guy with a known drug habit and zero experience in their industry to sit on their board and also compensate them millions of dollars? There are plenty of people who are infinitely more qualified to choose from if business strategy and running a company was the goal. However, if the goal was to get a prosecutor fired or possible change US policy, then I guess Hunter was the top choice. The "venture capital / banker" experience you speak of is when they started this grift. The only thing Hunter brought to the table was the access to Joe. Everyone knows it. Even Hunter admitted it in an interview he did when this story first broke. His business partners admitted it. Stop being naive. 3

As for a JD from Yale Law not qualifying someone to sit on a board, now you're being naive. Do yourself a favor and peruse The Crackhead's Wikipedia page. It should help you figure out some of your questions. I know it'll sting to see his business experience and credentials, much of it while being a druggie, but he is the smartest guy Darth Tater knows. 3 minutes ago, Edumakated said: The "venture capital / banker" experience you speak of is when they started this grift. I guess they started it in '96 when The Crackhead worked for a bank holding company? Again, you're asking questions without taking even a minor amount of time to learn details. Do yourself a favor and actually read the Devon Archer transcript. 3 minutes ago, Edumakated said: Stop being naive. Hunter was the Biden Bag Man when Super Slow Joe was a coherent individual who dressed himself. It's as obvious as a male with a full beard in a dress who uses she/her pronouns. Myself, I dont even have a big problem with it. It would be that Joe's lied about it, hundreds of times, which I find to be the real impeachment issue. If we need to dig into every overseas transaction Hunter ever had, to prove/disprove this, then that's what needs to happen.
