If I had a school aged child and anyone tried to check the gender for what every reason, it would be the last thing they did in their life and then they can put me on the electric chair, would not care.

I’m not sure if the law has actually been passed yet, but it’s definitely something they are trying on a state level.  The excuse of course is that they are “protecting” children from transgender folk.
