And since these Aliens barged in on us without the proper papers, doesn't that make them illegal Aliens?

There are people that claim they are alien-human hybrids. Might as well, there are boys that think they're girls.

It has usually been mentioned in places throughout the years that David and Gillian's personal beliefs are in stark contrast to their X-Files counterparts. I think I first read that in TV Guide in the mid-'90s but it's been mentioned elsewhere. David Duchovny is a sceptic. Which I think is awesome.

 

As far as the show, it's one of the greatest things to ever make it to television. Series 1 through 4 are remarkable. Although it does slowly fall apart later on. Series six was a total tonal shift when the show moved to California. Although six wasn't nearly as bad as later episodes.
