Of that total, 302,570 of them—94 percent of the total increase—went to "people of color," defined as blacks, Asians, and Hispanics, the analysis found. The real story is most of the job growth is probably in warehouse positions, not corporate white collar jobs. Minorities are more likely to be in those warehouse positions. I looked up the analysis and it had a break down by category: 1 Executives- Hired more whites than any other group at +1.13k 2 Managers- Asians were the winners at +11.6k 3 Professionals- Asians again at +41k 4 Less Senor roles (sales, laborer, service worker)- Hispanics at +106K (Blacks next at +50.8k) The study is on one of those sites that won't let you copy and paste the article so I can't link it. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We agree (I guess pigs are flying). This was my point, most of the growth is in lower-level positions and thus statistically are more likely to be minorities. This article is conservative propaganda in the same vein as a lot of the liberal propaganda. It is designed to make it seem like whites are purposely not being hired when in fact it is just because the jobs are lower level and more likely to be filled by minorities.
