Military UFO Head Resigns After Being Grilled About Whistleblower Claims

After getting some intense media grilling about whistleblower reports, the man who headed up the Pentagon's UFO office is stepping down.
As Politico reports, Sean Kirkpatrick is leaving his role as the director of the Department of Defense's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) after less than 18 months on the job
[...]

"We're investigating each and every one of [Grusch's claims]," the now-resigned AARO director said during the off-camera Halloween meeting with the press.
"We're cross-referencing those. There are some bits of information that are turning out to be things and events that really happened."

"A lot of it is still under review," Kirkpatrick continued, "and we're putting all that together into our historical report."

How very interesting.  I had a feeling that Grusch was on the level.  We may yet wake up in a world where Aliens are real and Earth has space travel via retro-engineered crashed alien craft.  The physics behind FTL travel alone will be worth the wait.

Unlimited free power. Perhaps a real solution to global warming, advanced medicin, and as you said, FTL. Hope I live long enough for full disclosure.

Trying to "reverse engineer" ancient technological techniques is hard enough. Do you think trying to do it with a technology thousands of years ahead of us is even possible? Like Zep once said. It would be like like teaching a monkey to build a house.

Nothing really mysterious here. Most government committee offices have a limit on time in office. The range normally is 18-36 months. The exceptions are the SES level DoD appointees.

Dr. Kirkpatrick stood up the committee, developed the new investigative categories and criteria, and published the initial findings as directed. I see no ulterior motive for him to want to move on and get back to his normal job field.

I would not worry on the living long enough...they are also bringing us immortality, and which will be grandfathered in for all those do did not live long enough.

So you also talk to extraterrestrials on top of God?

We don't know how far ahead of us these alien technologies are.  We have never had a chance to examine them.  In fact they might not be so far ahead of us at all.  It is quite possible that we as a species are phenomenally good at understanding and retro-engineering technologies, for all we know.  You are assuming the technologies are godlike and inscrutable, but maybe they aren't?  That's the problem when we are forced to speculate without evidence.

We already have a solution to global warming.  It is called Iron Fertilization.

Not even a little bit.

We are a first generation rocky planet with metals whose system just happened to form in a stellar cloud from a neutron star collision giving us the good metals like gold and platinum needed for advanced technology floating around a first generation unusually quiet yellow sun in the habitable zone of a first generation quiet spiral galaxy.

We might have a close to equal somewhere in the universe but nothing further beyond and nothing close enough to make a visit to us.

We also have a dwarf planet sized moon stabilizing our planet and keeping our oceans from tidally locking enabling advanced life to grow.

Basically if there is technological life, which is born from environmental stresses and not a convergent they are too far away and not capable of reaching us.

"I'm ready to move on," he said. "I have accomplished everything I said I was going to do."

What?

I do enjoy the romanticism of those who still think that UAPs are extraterrestrial craft. "We don't know how advanced they are" and the like. Very entertaining. These are adults walking about in society mind you.🤦‍♂️

You know why. There are some that continually use selective items to create drama and intrigue where there is none. Unfortunately, that's what feeds to fantasies of the true believers that flutter about in these forums.

Nobody wants this to be real more than me. I have been waiting for something like this since I was 12...

But please forgive me if Im not holding my breath on this "full disclosure" (in a long line of disclosures) either.

As always, at this point all we have is someone saying something. Its meaningless without hard evidence.

Piney, mon ami, I rely on you as a wealth of information in many areas, but I'm surprised to see that you do not think
evidences of UFO's suggests that we have visitors from afar. It is a notion that scares the be'heebies out of some people
but I think that - putting those fears aside and being frank, I am compelled to say that,,, we have company <grin>

Also, it seems you do not think it possible that a close-by planet was showered with precious metals by a neutron star collision - say 40 million years ago. Interesting perspective

Our planet is 4.5 billion years old. About 1/3 of the age of the universe.

But isn't the real question - when was planet Earth showered with precious metals?

I just find it very difficult to believe that humans of planet Earth are the early known intelligent species.

but whatever ?!

Their mischaracterisation of af the tangential avenues of investigation resulting Gruschs claims.

It should also be noted that the transcript doesn't reflect a "grilling".
