Those who blame Israel for all of this situation have bought into the idea that these "refugee camps" are slattern hovels, tents, or ragged shacks that poor people are stuck in 75 YEARS LATER.  There are neighborhoods in Gaza where condos go for half a million USD and more.  The area is most definitely congested but the housing was concentrated intentionally.  There are open areas still where the UN could have already begun setting up actual short-term tent cities with sanitary facilities and logistics access to resupply food, medicines, and healthcare.  NO ONE in the UN, EU, or US has started that process yet.  So much for their actual concern for the Gazans.  They are avoiding steps that WILL be done eventually, for as long as possible to use as a cudgel to beat Israel.  This time, Israelis simply have no choice so they are ignoring the propaganda of a Jew-hating world media.
