I know the Siberian Craton formed on the CAMP where Iceland is now and it was soaked up by Eurasia , which it was part of during the Cretaceous.

But is there a map and study of this refugium itself?

The "Great Siberian Refugium" seems to be a new term introduced by this paper. It refers to the relict fauna of the Early Cretaceous Ilek Formation, which contains holdovers from the Middle-Late Jurassic. The supplemental material includes a map of the specific locality (Shestakovo 1) that was studied.

This 2019 paper has a more complete map showing the exposures of the whole Ilek Formation (Shestakovo 1 is marked by the "1").

The Wikipedia page for the Ilek Formation contains a list of the fauna with links to many references.
