Because there has never been any reports of or statements of craft whizzing around or "interfering" during the batteries of tests the US conducted there. No leaked documents, no tell all books, no deathbed confessions, nothing. I had the opportunity to visit the Runit Dome about 6 years ago now. I dont think there is good evidence for UFOs being seen more over nuke sites, silos, subs, powerplants etc.. than anywhere alse.
