There is a lower/etheric level of the spirit world where I believe such things can happen. Can't know if this story is accurate but it wouldn't shock me.

You would have been right at home in the Middle Ages. You were born a millennium  too late.

I see it as going from an age where much superstitious understanding ruled the roost, to an age of materialist science ruling the roost, to the next age of realizing some things do occur that dramatically do not fit in the materialist-science worldview and then onwards to an understanding that science must progress in a rational way with the new information.

Some people are still most comfortable in the late 20th Century materialist-science. They must then deny and fight any new information that doesn't fit.

Please tell me: do you think the story of Snow White is an account of something that really happened in the distant past?

Double witnesses. The scientific types here will have to sweep another of a thousand stories under the rug. To my analysis that dust becomes a mole hill that becomes a mountain.

Research has suggested that the origins of Snow White could actually lie in history and may have been inspired by the countess Margaretha von Waldeck and her alleged lover, Philip II of Spain. The countess, who died in 1554, was famed for her beauty.

Her strict stepmother and father sent her first to her uncle’s house, and then to the court of Mary of Hungary, where she was pursued by Philip. Alas, their relationship was doomed, as Philip was a Catholic and Margaretha a Lutheran.

Margaretha’s letters to her father before her death speak of failing health and the Waldeck chronicles suggested that she had been poisoned, dying at the age of 21.

What does your Papameter say about thàt, @papageorge1

Not seeing your point. Papameter just reads ‘irrelevant’.

We saw it, we looked at each other, and we pooped ourselves.

Not surprised you’re purposely avoiding the larger point Abe just made.

You don’t analyze. You believe uncritically. And you have no understanding of how science works or what and who scientists really are, how they think and what they do.

Not sure what his large point was. If it’s legends can sometimes develop from reality I already believed that too.
