Trump and his lawyer are free to make arguments with a low chance of success, but if they disregard the merit of thier own argument, then it is frivolous.

If they make an argument that they know is false or don't believe to be true then they risk sanctions- just like the 17 lawyers in my other link.

If I was Trump's lawyer, I would have him act like he at least believes in the argument that he is putting before the court because Trump isn't the one facing sanctions or disbarment.

This is only an issue if this social media post is admitted into evidence in court, and even then it only speaks to Trump's state of mind, it says nothing of his lawyers or their legal decisions. As this won't be admitted into court as evidence (or it's very unlikely to happen) this is irrelevant. So far none of the courts have accepted presidential immunity as a defense, so going back to my point that brought me into discussing this, Trump is within his rights to question Biden's presidential actions, and it doesn't affect his current legal arguments. And it certainly isn't evidence that the lawsuit is "frivolous" - the links you provided did not back up your position. They outlined what happens in the case of a frivolous suit but there is no indication that what Trump is doing is evidence of the frivolity of his suit.

Bottom line here is the Establishment has been after Trump non stop since 2016, mostly with phony charges FBI said Gen Flynn lied when he didn't. All the crap charges has been staged for optics to a programmed audience.
