Trump's Fundraising Tactics Raise Concerns Over State GOP Financial Health

Donald Trump’s latest fundraising agreement with the Republican National Committee (RNC) is poised to have significant implications for the financial well-being of state GOP chapters across the nation. According to a new joint fundraising agreement, as reported by various outlets, contributions will predominantly benefit Trump’s personal campaign and legal defense before trickling down to the national and state-level Republican entities. This shift in financial focus may starve already financially troubled state GOP chapters of much-needed resources?

He's always read to me as desperate to prop up some notion of a super self, but reads as perpetually poor in all the aspects of life that bring meaning, connection and insight.  In all aspects of life that have real value...

In short, his being is bankrupt.

That is because Donald Trump is a Malignant Narcissist.

Common traits of a malignant narcissist:

  • Being extremely arrogant and self-centered
  • Disregarding the feelings and needs of other people
  • Manipulating, using, or exploiting others for personal gain or pleasure
  • Having an extreme need for power
  • Acts of revenge against those who criticize them
  • Fantasizing about ways to obtain more power or dominance over others
  • Lacking conscience, regret, or remorse for their actions
  • Being cruel and taking pleasure in the pain of others
  • High levels of aggression towards other people
  • Paranoia or mistrust of others

Do these symptoms sound like ANYONE we know??

It's so strange that a website about unexplained mysteries seems to actually be an outrage and conflict generator.

Not really. My Hockey forum has an off topic tab that is identical in content to the Trump, Ukraine, and Gaza etc. threads. The outrage seems to lie in the fact that lying has replaced truth on many topics, and folks are holding the liers to task. Strange is the new normal unfortunately.

I guess you're basically right. I was hoping to find some intriguing and thought provoking light conversations here in general.

Seems every topic ends up in some kind of aggressive debate, one-ups-manship, mudslinging, chest pounding tribalism, etc.

I used to think unexplained mysteries were fun. I suppose there's an occasional diamond in the rough here, however few and far between.

It's not easy to stomach comments from some of the fart smellers.... I mean smart fellers.

Head to the hard sciences. It's much calmer. The general off topic sounds like what you're looking for, though.

Why bother?  It's all been said.  The reality that is sticking in the craw of the haters of Orange Man Bad is that they want to keep using RINOs as their gold standard for evidence against Trump.  The fact is that the Republican party is now the party of MAGA and Trump.  It will take some time to jettison the members of the Uniparty but it will happen.  Those who want to comfort themselves by calling his supporters a cult, can have at it ;)

I plan to rather enjoy watching them lose their minds this year as they begin to grasp that he cannot be stopped and their tactics for stacking the vote will be impossible to hide again.

Oh, and BTW:

This is why people say the right can't meme. Memes are supposed to be funny, not confusing crap like this. What a skewed sense of humor you have.

ever notice how people on both "sides" say the exact same thing about each other?

e.g.: The "far left" can't meme, the "hard right" can't meme, etc. Haven't any of you noticed, or are you so steeped in only perceiving your "side"?

Meanwhile there are whispers and hints at "civil war".

Nothing about a revolution against the people that are playing us all and robbing all of us blind without predjudice or preference?

Rise above the dichotomy. It's well past time to set aside the artificial and trivial differences that are equally manipulating both "sides".

changed a word that was asterisked out. not sure why it was censored. seemed innocuous enough. (second edit - from "you" to "any of you" because my comment is not directed at any specific individual.)

There are some great discussion threads here that have nothing to do with politics.  There is somebody here with expertise is a very wide range of fields.   Politics is is like flipping over  to the porn channel. it traps us emotions and provides little truth.

i guess that depends on your idea of "great". More often than not, anything dealing with the fun of sharing ideas and experiences with unexplained mysteries, whether it be ghosts, aliens, cryptids, god, etc is met with an onslaught of comments that refute and belittle any enjoyment of exploring the idea. It's not an echo chamber. It's a vacuum chamber. It sucks the life and fun out of it.

I bet some of these folks would be a real hoot around a campfire telling spooky stories.

It shouldn't be called Unexplained Mysteries. It should be called the Atheists that refute everything paranormal Club.

Why would anyone share anything about unexplained mysteries here, especially personal experiences?

Sorry. I might be in a foul mood.
