edit:  A quick prediction.  Ultimately he will end up not paying a dime beyond legal fees.

The state of New York should pay those, as well.  There has never been a more blatant weaponization of the justice system than this case.  Everyone involved made money so no one was hurt, yet the evil gremlin in robes slapped him with a totally random, outrageous fine/judgment.  He should be disbarred as well as his accomplice in the AG's office.  Both of them are disgusting.  The thing about taking on Trump is that most people get hurt by it more than he does.  After watching them come after him for 7 years, I have to say that it's uncanny how often it blows up in their faces.

He won't even pay legal fees more than likely.

As I've said for years, this dude IS RICH...

For some reason, people didn't want to believe me.

Hell now in a weeks time he's gained up 3-4 $bil, and took a whizz on Engorens head 🤣

I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall the moment Engoren heard the news today 🤣

The amount levied clearly violates the 8th....

Well that could be the start of an interesting argument, considering the restitution amounts of many convicted criminals exceeds their net worth by many times.

It was always to be expected.

Republicans are soft on crime.

It's all a joke over here man, both sides...

I feel like I'm one of the few at a boxing or even better a "pro" wrestling match that's "in on the fix".

Trump's been strutting around this past week like Ric Flair in his prime 🤣

Trying to remember Flairs old catchphrase.. @OverSword you remember the "limousine riding, jet flying" can't remember the rest, and don't feel like looking it up 😆

I won't melt down. I will be wanting to see what happens if Trump wins and the Republicans start initiating the policies they claim they will. Especially Social Security.

The amount of the fine hasn't been lessened. He has to pay up in full if he loses the appeal.

I am with you Susie, but hopefully America will not have to endure that only time will tell.
