Tatetopa Posted March 26 #31 Share Posted March 26 Good deal. Its all going according to plan. New York wants to maintain its image as business friendly. Wall Streeters and others expressed no displeasure that Trump was being sued and levied. But they did begin to object to the size of the judgement and want to see the appeal. New York has shown they do not want to get Trump, just enforce their laws. Engeron will be fine. The DA will be fine. Her original request was for $370 million because she knew she would only get about half of that during expected negotiation phase. Bingo., close enough. Everybody is happy now. Well except for Walt Nauta who is on nappy duty. But fans still need to help Trump Go out and buy as much of that Truth Social stock as you can to make Trump another 3 billion. Cash in your retirement if you have to, this is serious stuff.
Duke Wellington Posted March 26 #32 Share Posted March 26 I again state this is why the US needs a Monarch. A corrupt leader can always employ a team of solicitors to find a way of targeting a rival by exploiting weaknesses in the legal and electoral systems. That`s when you need a Monarch to step in and tell them where to go. The UK political system is more stable that the US one, and if its not careful it may come to regret rebelling to get rid of the crown.

On one level or another, everybody is a prepper. Your second part there, exactly like you I look at the world and try to understand it. I have to know what I really believe, bottom line. So like you, I will use my 1st A right to say what I believe. I am not going to convince you of anything, but all of us have to speak our truths. That is the gift of free will. Well good. I hope you will be just fine. I hope all of us will be just fine. That is a lot to wish for. I am a lot more interested in local community action. When communities build a robust system of self reliance; disaster relief, survival, and reconstruction, they become more able to resist disaster. So, if you cannot tolerate disagreement, then you could ignore me. You could get me thrown off the site if you wanted. Please show another case where an individual has been assessed a $500 million judgment in a case where there are no victims and no one has (outside of the AG) has alleged fraud. Trump has been a fixture in NYC for 50 years and up until now, no NY AG has thought to use this law against Trump while he was supposedly committing all this fraud? You guys cannot be this daft.
