+Hammerclaw Posted March 31 #76 Share Posted March 31 I just realized I'd misread the title of the thread. On first glance I read it as Revising God Constructs.

Maybe have Susan lock you out of UM just when you drink. 🙏🏼 Your forgiven. Susan said that she would be happy to assist. She has declared to me that I am done now, due to my level of inebriation, so…I will now sign off, without going on a drunken rampage, and therefore all will be well.

For someone with a drink problem that's way too difficult. Just try to find a way to 'not drink so much'... I put forward a suggestion earlier for what it's worth 🤷♂️ 1

Alex_Rogan Posted March 31 #84 Share Posted March 31 is it fair to say that many of the mysteries our distant ancestors encountered have been clarified with science (and it's axioms).

Yeah...but you are still going to go on a drunken rampage...just not here...it's what you do. Maybe it's time for AA! Seriously. Before you lose everything you hold near and dear. Or you can just keep on poisoning your liver, a vital organ btw, you might make it to 60...maybe 62. Maybe not.

Alex_Rogan Posted March 31 #92 Share Posted March 31 I'd like to think that science is whittling away at the mystery of God. It does such a great job at explaining and exploring creation. The Mystery of God is getting focused?

Oh sure, it's fair. Just like it's fair to say that the ancient mystery of the difference between a biological man and a biological woman has been clarified once and for all today by science and its axioms. They're both the same, no different and in fact, interchangeable.

Considering that there is really nothing to go by, science can't directly or indirectly study god. Because all we really have is speculation and belief.

Well I'm also dealing with food addiction which is probably a consequence of having to be on a restrictive diet because of my diverticulitis. Now even more restrictions because of my blood pressure. 5 vial of blood drawn and 2 hours on a heart and blood pressure monitor, wasn't fun. Edit: Anyways, I'm done for now. Alex_Rogan Posted March 31 #100 Share Posted March 31 For example, I see much of the ancient doctrines as being attempts at early sociology. I see much of science as defining the fingerprints of God. After science has answered all the questions, what question remains? Why?
