That said, when I was a Christian I bought several bibles, every single one was a for-profit Bible. There are plenty of free bibles out there if you really want one, I read my bibles enough to see value in various Study Bibles with commentaries, and the extra cost was worth it to me!

You're trying to twist this into a criticism,  but I don't think you've really thought about exactly what you're trying to turn it into! As long as you can get a "your hero Trump" line in.... and credit where it's due, you did manage to get that in!

Actually if we switch this around , we can say that no matter how many bibles are sold , 10 or 10 million , it will indeed affect him , because he's already been paid! Especially if he uses the pay for his election campaign.

Considering the post I responded to that sparked this discussion explicitly referenced profits from the sale of bibles, I think my response has been reasonable. You're just trying to twist this into an Orange Man Bad scenario because the facts are failing you!

Actually just pointing out that no matter how many bibles are sold , trump is profiting , or already has. I'm not sure of any specifics of the deal , but it's possible that it could be setup still so he profits more , if more are sold even, but i don't know. Knowing about Trump , i wouldn't doubt it.

The New York Times and ABC News both reported Trump was receiving royalties from purchases of the Bibles. The Times cited as its source "a person familiar with the details of the business arrangement."

To confirm these reports and other specifics about the paid licensing deal, Snopes contacted both the Bible company and representatives for Trump by email on March 27. We did not receive a response by the following morning. This story will be updated should any further information come to light.
