MSNBC does damage control for Biden on Trans Day of Visibility on Easter Sunday.

A lot of Christians were furious when it was declared on Easter Sunday. And Biden is a devout Catholic .

It wasn't DECLARED on Easter Sunday. It's a day that has been on March 31st for a while. It just HAPPENED to fall on Easter which moves around the calendar. Just another example of Christians wanting to play victim and clutch pearls.

Exactly.  And lets be honest.  Easter has no business being in March.

An intelligent president wouldn't have mentioned that fact as he most definitely alienated Christian voters regardless of the two observance days falling on the same date. I wonder how many voters he lost with his stupidity? MEGA imbecile.

Maybe he isn't worried about being re-elected?

So what you're saying is, trans people shouldn't be mentioned because Christians are too fragile to hear about anyone but themselves on their special day?

You sure that's the position you want to take?

And 365 saints days in the Christian calendar every year.

Being inclusive to a group of people shouldn't alienate anyone. And if it does, maybe he shouldn't be interested in their vote anyway? I'd argue if THAT is what changed somebody's mind they should rethink their branding as "christian" and grow up.

I agree.  Anything that has to do with Grace, Love, and Forgiveness has no place in a Christian Holiday..

I was not aware of all of those "awareness" days...

I'm afraid I won't be "aware" much longer after I leave this post....

Not to offend anyone, but I have a hard enough time keeping up with July 4th and Christmas 😆

World Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day falls on June 1 on the National Day Calendar and we are dedicating an entire day to educate, support, and promote effective change on this unfortunate world day.

Close enough.

Share indeed, but why do some groups get a whole month while others just get 1 day? Example, Pride Month, the whole month of June.

Why ask me? I didn't write the calendar.

The only people having a hissy fit at multiple things happening on the same date are the Christians here.

Move Easter if you don't like the day it falls on.

Or, you know, grow up and get over it.

To be fair to Biden. He probably didn't know about the celebration considering his mental condition.

A staff member threw a document on his desk, and he just signed it. Just like when Biden first stepped

into office and a lot of exec orders he signed to reverse Trump's policies.

Easter is a religious celebration held sacred by millions of Americans and has been celebrated every year since the founding of the nation. Trans Day of Visibility is a celebration recognised by a tiny portion of the population, and celebrated since 2009. One of these deserves a lot of attention, the other deserves only little. That the pResident tried to elevate the latter and diminish the former should be called out, imo.

June 14 is Flag Day. With all these celebrations being created. We'll have to go by the Mars calendar. 687 days. ;)
