Woman Convicted Of “Offending” Migrant Gang Rapists Receives Longer Prison Sentence Than The Rapists

A 20-year-old woman in Hamburg, Germany, has been sent to prison after making “hateful” remarks towards a migrant who was involved in the gang rape of a child. The woman is just one of 140 people being investigated for making “harmful comments” towards the rapists.

The horrific assault took place in 2020, and involved multiple groups of migrant men independently attacking a 14-year-old girl in Hamburg’s Stadtpark over the course of one night. The park had become a popular hang-out spot for youth during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and the girl had been there drinking with her friends. But they became scattered after police swept the park and broke up groups while enforcing social distancing measures.

Her comments vs. the actions of the actual rapists. So, the words were more important the actions of the offenders.

So they were convicted with their being plenty of evidence.

The age of consent in Germany is 14 so its not paedophilia by their definition, but still, rape is rape. How one only got two years, and the rest got suspended sentences is bizarre. I suggest the judge was more intoxicated than the victim was during the ordeal. I mean on what planet does a rapist avoid getting 10 years in prison? How utterly outrageous.

I bet all were allowed to stay in Germany too.

Five of the rapists were German nationals.

Five of the men were in possession of German passports, while the remainder were not citizens of Germany

So DNA evidence 9 of them did it, and 8 of them walked away free?

Doesnt speak well of the German Justice system. And... These guys had 20 lawyers? WTH?

How does this happen? 

What's wrong with Germany? The girl is raped by three mobs of animals. Where are the decent people who step up? 

Traumatized and disoriented from the first attack, and having no method of calling for help, the girl was assaulted a second time by two more men who took advantage of her vulnerable state.

Disturbingly, her assailants had begun inviting other men to rape her via their chat groups, gleefully sharing the news that there was an isolated teenage girl in the dark park with no potential witnesses.

The child was attacked a third time by a single man, and then a fourth time by three more men, who dragged her into a bush and sexually assaulted her.

The convicted woman was using adjectives not insults.

What the hell? Who rapes anyone let alone a traumatised child? Should be a life sentence. 

Why would police take an assist report from a convicted rapist? Why not hang up? Who's going to get upset about it? Libertarian posters tell me how important it is to make sure police stick to the letter and don't apply "vigilante justice" to known violent offenders. In this case, a little police "justice " would have been better applied than this bizarre interpretation of law. For everyone.

Stick your head in a bucket right wingers. This has more to do with your promotion of criminals and male dominance than anything. It's certainly nothing to do with equality. The very opposite. France just dodged a bullet.
