Russia summons the American ambassador over a deadly attack that Moscow says used US-made missiles

The Russian Foreign Ministry summoned the American ambassador on Monday to protest what it says was the use of U.S.-made advanced missiles in a Ukrainian attack on Russian-annexed Crimea that reportedly killed four people and wounded more than 150.

Washington “has effectively become a party” to the war on Ukraine’s side, the ministry said in a statement, adding, “Retaliatory measures will certainly follow.” It did not elaborate.

There was no immediate comment from U.S. or Ukrainian officials. The Associated Press could not independently verify Russia's claims about the missiles used.

It seems odd to me that they make this argument given N. Korea and Iran are giving weapons to Russia to target civilians in Ukraine in an illegal invasion. I guess it must be the embarrassment of getting their ass handed to them continuously by a smaller country.

Ironically, those "Russian civilians" wouldn't be harms way if Russia hadn't illegally invaded and commenced murdering and raping innocent Ukrainian civilians.

To me the latest comments are a joke, the United States has been supplying the Ukraine 🇺🇦 with missiles and launchers since the beginning of this conflict. This is just more BS rhetoric designed to be a vailed threat, if Putter feels froggy he should shut the hell up and jump.
