Wow! I didn't realise quite how radical the Reform Party's policies would be. No wonder Nige said he would "fix the migrant crisis in 100 days".

Reform UK are facing a fresh scandal tonight after undercover footage revealed shocking comments by members of Nigel Farage's local election campaign.

Filming by an undercover investigator showed Reform figures advocating shooting Channel migrants as 'target practice' for Army recruits.

They also said they party would 'bring back the noose', branded Rishi Sunak a '******* p***' and called for Muslims to be ejected from mosques so they can be turned into Wetherspoons pubs.

Another exchange showed one suggesting LGBT people are 'degenerate'.

The footage, published by Channel 4 News, was taken within the Reform campaign in Clacton, Essex, where Mr Farage is bidding to be elected an MP next week.

Members of Nigel Farage's election campaign call for 'mosques to be turned into Wetherspoons', brand the PM a '******* p***', demand Army recruits use migrants as 'target practice', and vow Reform will 'bring back the noose', undercover footage reveals | Daily Mail Online

Reform have flung together their candidates at the last moment as they weren`t prepared for a General Election.

It means they haven`t had the chance to fully screen all of them and make sure they aren`t the type of people to say shocking things. But, as they aren`t contending for the government this time around I don`t think it will matter. This is always a challenge for the moderate to far right. People like their policies but there is always some idiot to pick off. One step forwards, two steps back.

Worse, don`t assume this guys vote share will go down, it might go up.

I know, I think it is great! I love the future Reform has planned for the UK- we'll be outside the ECHR and UN conventions, pals with Putin, and shooting immigrants.

It would make the news so much more exciting than it is normally. Nige for PM!

Bearing in mind the UK is democratic then I really don`t think the ECHR or UN should be deciding for us what human rights are or any other standards or laws. Its that nonsense why we stopped hanging criminals and why gender politics is doing its rounds. The UK population needs to decide for itself what morality is and then to codify that into human rights laws.

With the guys comments about shooting illegal immigrants I think he is just venting, and if he thinks about it he`d realise that is going too far. Its a sign of his frustration which many share. The UK has plenty of islands around the globe, and there are plenty of other areas of land that are unpopulated. I think the world should come together and say these are the designated places for immigrants, tick whichever box matches your preferences and we`ll send you there. Let them build their own countries and the benefit is they can run it the way they want too as well. That respects a native populations right to have their own country too, and live amongst their own kind.

Farage isn`t a pal of Putin, he just stepped outside of the one sided narrative the media and politicians are keen to promote. He is 100% right and luckily for us going off USA polls, soon Trump will enter office and force Ukraine to seek peace. We need to get back to normal with Russia, they are an economically important nation to us.

According to a poll of almost 20,000 voters, 'Reform UK' could win up to 18 seats, so it seems the more the Leftwaffe try and smear them, the more support they actually get. Keep it up.

Reform will never become a major Party because there aren't enough gullible people in the UK or even people who want what they propose even if it was feasible. What they are proposing is nonsense: the UK will never leave the ECHR it would cause many problems and solve none. An immigration system of 1 in/1 out is unworkable because immigration and emigration are driven by multiple complex factors, some economic, some not, none are amenable to simplistic maths. The UK can't "send immigrants back to France" without an agreement with the French- and Reform don't like international agreements because of "sovereignty".

So why don't Reform voters just go and live on them if they hate the UK so much?

Sounds to me like your backside is puckering a little bit there pellinore. 😂

Ever heard of the phrase "The lady doth protest too much, methinks" pellinore?

That rant right there just tells me that you are more trying to convince yourself than you are trying to convince the rest of us.

Just take a look at what's going on in your beloved EU right now pellinore. The right is on the rise across vast swathes of EU vassals, and it's uncontrolled immigration that's fuelling it, so what do your beloved EU go and do?

Instead of listening to the concerns of their citizens, they go and ram through their 'Migration Pact', which introduces a "mandatory migrant relocation quota system", meaning that all EU vassals will be forced to accept a quota of illegal migrants arriving at the EU's external borders, or face financial penalties of €20,000 for each migrant rejected.

Only Poland, Hungary & Slovakia voted against it, but it was forced through using 'Qualified Majority Voting' (no vetoes).

Well I sincerely hope you are prepared for the inevitable backlash pellinore, because the further to the extreme left the pendulum swings, the further to the right the pendulum will inevitably swing the other way just for balance.

I'm not obsessed with the EU at all pellinore, but seeing as you are, then obviously the only way to get through to you is to talk your language.

The media would have you believe Reform uniquely have racist followers. Skirting over the anti-semites and Dianne Abbott cheerleaders in Labour.

I think that the best think that can happen for the UK is for Le Penn to get elected.

Because most immigrants are travelling from France, and if France won`t let them in, then they aren`t coming here.

The police are now investigating. What a mad roller-coaster ride this election is. I'm sure politics wasn't this much fun 10 years ago.

Police have launched an investigation into racist and homophobic comments by Reform UK campaigners canvassing for Nigel Farage in Clacton.

One campaigner, Andrew Parker, referred to prime minister Rishi Sunak as a “******* p***” in undercover footage from a Channel 4 investigation.

He also said migrants arriving by small boat should be a “target practice” and labelled Islam as a “disgusting cult”, while another campaigner called the Pride flag “degenerate”.

Essex Police said it was “urgently assessing” racist and homophobic comments made by Reform campaigners in broadcast footage “to establish if there are any criminal offences”.

It comes as Nigel Farage was grilled on the racism row engulfing his party in an appearance on ITV’s Loose Women.

Tbh, I was shocked to hear Reform campaigners speaking badly about immigrants. After all, it was the Brexit that Farage campaigned so hard for that has led to the hundreds of small boats crossing the channel and the tripling of legal immigration from Africa, Asia and India (legal immigration has gone up from 230k in 2015 to 1.2 million in 2022 and 700k in 2023.)

Why would Farage and his Reform campaigners complain about something they worked so hard to bring about? Nige must be gutted, as he worked so hard to replace our seasonal and temporary European workers with permanent immigrants from Africa and the Middle East. And now his Party are complaining! Ingratitude, I call it!

Yep indeed, suppose now we just need to root out the inherent historical racism in the Labour party.
