What do you mean? Trump and Pence are right on video there talking about it. You know Pence could be lying , that shady dude, This is before Trump tried to throw him under the bus and get him to sacrifice himself to do his dirty work. I don't have a Truth Social account myself.

Trump says he has 'nothing to do' with Project 2025, disagrees with some of it (thehill.com)

Did you not understand my question?
"Do you have Trump saying he doesn't know the Heritage Foundation?"
Those "receipts" in your source refer to the Heritage Foundation, NOT to Project 2025, which was put together by a collection of different foundations and think tanks.
The Heritage Foundation is just one of them.
So, your source actually didn't have any receipts.

I don't know , all i know is he posted on Truth social about it , and i dont have a Truth social account. On truth Social he says ---- He knows nothing about project 2025 , and has no idea who's behind it. Whoever that is i guess. Which Pence is saying something quite different. And so project 2025 is organized by the Heritage foundation and is said to be spearheading it, and talking about a second revolution , that will be bloodless if the left allows it to be. Pence in 2019 is saying they ( the trump campaign )been working together since day one if i remember correctly. Trump praises them in 2022 as well i believe. I believe he himself spoke at the Heritage foundation before as well. Also if this quote below is true , then Trump is up talking the foundation at the same place their leader is talking about the project 2025 plan.

CNN also aired footage of Trump, in February, lauding the president of the Heritage Foundation, Kevin Roberts, who in a speech at the same event spoke of the Project 2025 proposal and its plan to “take back this country.”

Trump, then, has not asserted that he doesn't know the Heritage Foundation.
Yet your source pretends he HAS said that, in order to put out another fake story.
See, the Heritage Foundation puts out their own plan for each presidential election (in case of a conservative win.)
The Heritage Foundation published their plan in 2023. It's called "Mandate for Leadership" and predates the coming together of the groups that came up with Project 2025.

Look, I'm not saying Trump wasn't lying. I'm saying your source was lying.

I don't know , defend the guy til the end of the earth if you want , everythings a lie about Trump .  Since 2019 Pence is saying they are working with them from day one , in 2022 Trump is praising them , There's footage there of him praising the Heritage foundation at the same event the foundation's leader is discussing project 2025. Unless its all lies or something , what else do you need? I mean , do you believe that Trump has lied excessively over the years? Why would people always take his word first over everything else? IMO it seems like you could line up a mile high pile of evidence against him in various situations , but he says its all lies and people defend him to the end of the earth.Look at all the crap he's been involved in and /or accused of , over what ? Maybe 40 years , give or take .

Like i been posting maybe in this thread and some others, the other day i think it was his Minnesota rally he is constantly accusing the Dems of election cheating , in the last one , in this one they are gonna , " if we lose they cheated" ,,, he's been doing this same stuff since at least the 2012 election with Obama and Romney i think it was , and he wasn't even in it. Almost the same exact rhetoric too , about " fight , fight" , this injustice , and so on . After the 2020 election , his people and everybody dug through his claims of mass election fraud with a fine tooth comb , and yet , they didn't find any , and they told him so , but he keeps saying it and people are still sitting here believing it was stolen. In my opinion , the things he did with the 2020 election was an embarrassment and a slap in the face to this country ,It was very fortunate that things didn't end up far worse , yet people think he should be put in there to run it again.

In my post a couple up , there is a link to the Heritage foundation with the project 2025 listed right at the top , they talk about it and its plans , there's a 900 page document about it,  on the foundation link , they say-----

The fourth and final pillar of Project 2025 is our Playbook

Above in your reply you say------

The Heritage Foundation published their plan in 2023. It's called "Mandate for Leadership" and predates the coming together of the groups that came up with Project 2025.

So it's like you skip right over that and ignore it, at the Heritage Foundation site , it says -----project 2025 is organized by The Heritage Foundation , and like the other link up there , it is spearheaded by The heritage Foundation. Just like the others.

Trump on his Truth social is saying , he knows nothing about project 2025 or who's behind it. The Heritage Foundation is behind it.

In the link on the Heritage Foundation site to the actual project 2025 site , there it says.

The 2025 Presidential Transition Project is being organized by The Heritage Foundation and builds off Heritage’s longstanding “Mandate for Leadership,” which has been highly influential for presidential administrations since the Reagan era. Most recently, the Trump administration relied heavily on Heritage’s “Mandate” for policy guidance, embracing nearly two-thirds of Heritage’s proposals within just one year in office.

You don't want to understand what I said, do you?
Trump has said he doesn't know about project 2025. That could easily just mean he hasn't read the thing (like you.)
He said he "doesn't know who is behind it," and neither did you.
Yet you come with some BS journalist acting like Trump said he didn't know the Heritage Foundation.
Bait and switch.

Again, I'm not saying Trump was being truthful, I'm saying your cited journalist was not.

OF COURSE Trump knows the Heritage Foundation. Your cited article only states that he knows the Heritage Foundation and doesn't actually address what he claimed in any way.

Yea , i didn't read the whole 900 page docs, but i knew who was behind it , thats why i said it.The first place i read that was from the Heritage foundation. And yes he knows the Heritage Foundation , even back when he was in office , plus the Heritage foundation themselves said that the Trump administration relied heavily on their mandate back then , and clicking that link says he used 2/3rd's of their policies.Same thing the project 2025 site itself says. Pence also pretty much says something similar in his speech as he said they were doing it from day 1 . Then Trump praised them in 2022 , and also spoke in praise of them in February at the same event the Heritage foundation spoke of project 2025.

CNN also aired footage of Trump, in February, lauding the president of the Heritage Foundation, Kevin Roberts, who in a speech at the same event spoke of the Project 2025 proposal and its plan to “take back this country.”

The journalist didn't say that he said he didn't know the Heritage Foundation  , she said that he said he didn't know of project 2025 and didn't know who was behind it, which is what Trump said in his Truth Social post , and there's a difference. Yet he's been using a large part of their policies since early in his last administration , Many of the foundation is of members of his previous administration,  and praised the Foundation in February as he spoke at the same event that the Foundation spoke of project 2025, and he didn't know who was behind it?

I know you been sayin the journalist lied , but i don't really see it , i think she's basically saying that he knew of it and who was behind it , and like she said in part , Trump says he knows nothing about it, but he says he don't agree with their ridiculous and abysmal things it contains  , so it seems he does know about it , or he wouldn't know what it contains.

Trump knows what he's read about it on social media. He may have been briefed on it as well.
But the cited journalist merely shows that Trump knows the Heritage Foundation, NOT that Trump was lying.
Is it so hard to catch Trump in a lie?

I know you been sayin the journalist lied , but i don't really see it

This is a pretty consistent deflection technique by Trump apologists. Sure, maybe Trump lied, but the real problem is those mean journalists who twisted his words (even, of course, like in this case, when they haven't done so).

Also, of course, focusing laser-like on something the journalist didn't actually say, and then demanding proof that Trump said such a thing, is part of the same tactic.

Any reasonable person would realize that Trump saying of the Heritage Foundation: "They’re going to lay the groundwork and detail plans for exactly what our movement will do...when the American people give us a colossal mandate to save America." means the sexually abusive felon is either lying about his knowledge and connection with Project 2025, or else the dementia has come on too strong and he honestly can't remember.

I suppose he could be lying to the Heritage Foundation there, of course.

But either way he's lying, and it's obvious.

Does anyone recall the reports from trumps staffers that the man has the attention span of a puppy?  Given that just how much do you suppose he actually knows about a 900 page wish list from a think tank?  They make one every four years so the impact of Project 2025 is obviously blown out of proportion by media hungry for trump stories.

I have seen several videos of people getting booted from school board meetings for reading the objectionable and IMO pornographic contents of books from the school library so regardless of the source I know it happens.

Boy this seems awful convenient. I mean , this some crazy stuff.

Project 2025 leader’s book — with foreword by JD Vance — now delayed until after election (msn.com)

Notably, Republican vice presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) has close ties to the Heritage Foundation, and even wrote the foreword to Roberts' book. Once it hits shelves, proceeds from the sale of the book will go directly toward funding Heritage's efforts. The New Republic (TNR) reported that the original subtitle of the book was "Burning Down Washington to Save America," and showed a match on the cover. The match has apparently been removed from the cover art and the subtitle was changed to "Taking Back Washington to Save America."

Isn't this whole thread and Trump's denial leading us to think that he is a senile idiot that is being manipulated behind the scenes by an organization with an agenda, a plan, and a tool (Trump) to implement it?

And, here is a Newsweek article comparing trump statements with Project 2025 statements.    There are a lot of similarities. https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trumps-speech-compared-project-2025-policies-1927696

In 2023, Trump campaign officials acknowledged the Project 2025 aligned well with Agenda 47.[8] Project 2025 has, as of June 2024, reportedly caused some annoyance in the Trump campaign which had historically preferred fewer and more vague policy proposals to limit opportunities for criticism and maintain flexibility.[5]Some commentators have argued that Project 2025 is the most detailed look at what a Trump administration would look like.[5] Agenda 47 and Project 2025 share many themes and policies, including expanding presidential power such as through reissuing Schedule F,[9]: min.00:14[10] cuts to the Department of Education, mass deportations of illegal immigrants,[11] the death penalty for drug dealers, and using the US National Guard in liberal cities with high crime rates or those that are "disorderly".[12][13][14]

The plans include constructing "freedom cities" on empty federal land, investing in flying car manufacturing, introducing baby bonuses to encourage a baby boom, implementing protectionist trade policies, and over forty others
